    Quick note on 10:25 - since time of publication, the instance compatibility requirement for Now Assist is actually Vancouver Patch 2 and up.

    Hi, does the AI require good input or update into the ticket over time and also based on several created tickets in order to generate a good informative report or resolution? Is there a format for the agents to update the ticket?
    Also, is there a community page for me to join and learn more?
