On the double reverse spin when you are dancing to the music the lady does 1,2,3,& footwork, but when you are doing it slow, she is doing 1,2,&,3 timing even though you are counting 1,2,3,&. I'm pretty sure. Correct me if I'm wrong. Love your videos.

I understand that the left heel pulls in towards the right foot, but is the spin then itself performed with both heels in the floor or only the right heel? If I turn on BOTH heels they will each make a slightly different arc. While a spin on the right heel only will give me one central arc . which one is the correct technique? Thank you.
Thanks Stella for interesting question. You pull left heel towards right foot, when feet are almost closed you start turn on right heel and keep left foot closed but without weight.
