Totally agree. T K Maxx have increased the prices this year and even the small amount of Christmas stuff that is currently available there is also more expensive.

I love your Halloween decorations :) My bedroom has a lot of Halloween decor going on (I think I may like Halloween decorating more than Christmas :O ). My go to for decor is Dusk, I want some stuff from Target but it's pretty expensive and Adelaide still has no TK Maxx, which I think I mentioned last year too. Happy Halloween!!! :)
I love seeing how you decorate for holidays. It always makes me want to decorate more but I have no idea where I would store decorations when I'm not using them! I have enough trouble storing my Christmas tree and the box of decorations to put on it, lol!
Also i love light up decorations too have a few but the batteries always run out soon n i hate buying batteries almost as much as i hate paying for shipping lol! So i just spent my flybuys dollars in kmart - bought some copper wire lights that are plug in! They r out for christmas. Nev seen them before usually its just the fairy lights with thick strings but finding these were great!!

This year was the first year there was a tkmax near me, and I was so excited for Rae Dunn items after seeing your videos in previous year, and then was shattered when they didn’t have anything 😩 love your set up this year!
Jessica Lee Oh no 🤦🏻♀️ It’s such a shame that they didn’t bring anything at all. I would be interested to see if we get any Christmas stuff. There was a tiny bit last year but not really. Hopefully you get to enjoy some of the other TK Maxx decor this year at least xx

So many great Halloween items! I've decorated but it's just little things here and there. 😊 We unfortunately don't get any trick or treaters in our new place.
I'm actually super excited to decorate for Christmas so I'm going to just say stuff it and jump in early to decorate at the start of November 😁🎄 I'll be so excited when my TkMaxx get their Christmas stuff in.

I work at a grocery store and Fridays are our busiest days 😅It's because everyone wants to do last minute weekend shopping for crisps and candy and things like that.
LOL maybe I’ve just lucked out then 😂 I find Saturday the shops are crazy where as on Friday I can get a carpark relatively easy and while there are people, it’s no where near as crowded. I tend to go in the evening when most of the other shops are shut which helps :) xx
i went to TK Maxx on the weekend and all of their Halloween decorations and decor was 50% off, so i stocked up!!

I love TK MAXX, I look forward to going and seeing what Halloween & Christmas things they bring out, i was a bit disappointed with this year’s halloween stuff though. I only bought a wooden plaque that says ‘happy hallowine’ on it lol Last year I bought a glass glittery pumpkin, striped pumpkin tea towels, large cushion (which was the same print as the tea towels) & a pumpkin pie candle....love your halloween decor, your apartment looks great!
I agree with you on that. While I did manage to pick up a few new things that I liked, overall I was a bit underwhelmed with the collection TK Maxx brought out - especially compared to previous years. The increased prices didn't help either. I'll be interested to see if I find any Christmas bits that I like - though I did buy a fair few Christmas decorations last year, so this year I need to rein it in a little bit :) xx
Hi Rachael, Yes I agree with you regarding TK Maxx price increase this year. I’m Christmas Nutcracker obsessed and my store has a bit of Christmas decor out already, some is same stock as last year too. Last year their nutcrackers were $16.95 now they are $19.95 😱. I love watching your videos and hopefully you’ll do Christmas vlogs this year 🤞🏻. Awesome Halloween apartment tour, those light up pumpkins are awesome 👌🏻
Which TK maxx do you visit? I went into my local one not too long ago and it seemed a bit...meh. I'm really digging those candles! How much were they?
I tend to go to the Penrith store and the Mt Druitt store - however I think there are better ones, I just usually can't be bothered to travel to them. Sometimes I go in and find nothing, other times there are heaps of things I would consider buying - it's the luck of the draw with TK Maxx. The candles varied in price but were all under $20 xx
I had to tone down my decor this year... my baby who is 10 months was not keen! Looks fab chicky x we have nothing great in Perth... wish we had TJ max

Yeah, it’s a subsidiary of the American business TJX Companies (which owns TJ Maxx). Apparently they changed the name to TK Maxx for the UK originally to avoid confusion with the British retailer TJ Hughes. The things you learn from Google 😂 xx
