The eruption, preserved in history by Pliny the Younger's detailed accounts, was a devastating event that froze the daily lives of these cities in time. Today, Mount Vesuvius remains an active volcano, though its last major eruption occurred in 1944. It is closely monitored for any signs of renewed activity. Vesuvius? Yes, it's a threat but in Naples' case especially, it's nothing compared to the immensely greater super-volcano actually in part overlapping the city. The caldera of which also extends offshore and includes most of the Bay of Naples. The Campi Flegrei.

Astrology is REAL! I mean the REAL ASTROLOGY and not the one you read in newspapers or magazines which is bullshit. But REALLY ASTROLOGY??? It is very much REAL.
