Michael Jackson - Give In To Me (Official Video)
• Michael Jackson - Give...
Lyrics
She always takes it with a heart of stone
'Cause all she does is throws it back to me
I've spent a lifetime looking for someone
Don't try to understand me
Just simply do the things I say
Love is a feeling
Give it when I want it
'Cause I'm on fire
Quench my desire
Give it when I want it
Talk to me, woman
Give in to me, give in to me
You always knew just how to make me cry
And never did I ask you questions why
It seems you get your kicks from hurting me
Don't try to understand me
Because your words just aren't enough
Love is a feeling
Quench my desire
Give it when I want it
Takin' me higher
Love is a woman
I don't wanna hear it
Give in to me, give in to me
You and your friends were laughing at me in town
But it's okay, yes, it's okay
You won't be laughing, girl, when I'm not around
I'll be okay
And I'd, I'd never find
Better, a peace of mind, no
Don't try to tell me
Because your words just aren't enough
Love is a feeling
Quench my desire
Give it when I want it
Takin' me higher
Talk to me, woman
Love is a feeling
Give in to me, give in to me, give in to me
Oh, love is the feeling
I don't wanna hear it
Quench my desire
Takin' me higher
Tell it to the preacher
Satisfy the feeling
Give in to me, give in to me
I don't wanna, I don't wanna
I don't wanna hear it
Give it to the fire
Talk to me, woman
Quench my desire
I'd like a lady
Talk to me, baby
Give in to me
Give in to the fire
Give in to me
Give in to me
Give in to me
Love is a woman
Give in to me
Give in to me
Give in to me
Give in to me
'Cause I'm on fire
Talk to me, woman
Quench my desire
Give in to the feeling
a great MJ "Rock" song. Great Song, great Slash Solo and even better Slash Outro solo and guitar. I think one of slash's best and lesser known performances.
This. This song. After 30 years of listening to it, it still gives me goosebumps. It's my favorite MJ song. He & Slash together are just perfection!
Fact's
Never heard it
Facts I love MJ rock songs my favorite parts are always the guitar solos you can feel the emotion and the guitar singing without be able to talk and just making sounds
Totally agree, M.J. should have stuck with this style it worked so well for him
Stil 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑 🌏🌏🌏🌏🌏2024
Michael was ahead of his time
He was a unbelievable musical genius
Gosh and he died at like 50? His doctor's fault!!
Everybody loves Michael Jackson... no matters are from Pop or Rap or Rock... he is amazing
@@br00talitydawgyet he wasn’t media bullied this man bc of his skin color
This was recorded in Germany and they had about 30 minutes too shoot the whole thing. Put Michael and Slash together and this is what they gave us. Legends
2 hours they had. Not 30 minutes. He worked with Slash quite a lot on the Dangerous album. They were friends. All respect to Slash, he's definitely been a fun guitarist, but far from the best guitarists MJ had access to (well, MJ could get the very best, but you choose from a wide variety of players whose talent would fit the production, while he used Slash because of their friendship).
MJ was the goat, Prince was the goat, RIP GREATEST OF ALL TIMES
The real king of popular music
Fact's
❤
07:25 It was MJ who sought out Slash for this collaboration of titans. MJ wanted Slash and nobody else and Slash accepted the invitation without any hesitation.
et il a bien fait phénomènal talentueux brilliant génies
They were personal friends and had worked together before. You can also see Slash in the Black and White video, and he did the guitar work on f.e. Why You Wanna Trip On Me as well.
Written by MJ, this song is forever hard.
Great reaction ❤️ You must react to Dirty Diana .. easily one of the best of the man’s rock songs!
I agree, Dirty Diana is a great song and features Steve Stevens on the guitar who was Billy Idols guitarist 👍
Man, I remember when I first watched this on MTV back in the 90s as a teen, I remember as the best collaboration I had ever seen, and it still stands the test of time. What I love about this is Michaels singing style and Slash's playing mess so well together... I really wish they made more music together. Michael Jackson is obviously the king of pop, but Slash is one of those rare guitarists who can stand out in a song where he's on equal footing with any singer, cause he has such an iconic musical identity to his playing. Apparently both Slash and Michael were admirers of each other, so this collaboration was not difficult to happen.
Fact's
they made 3 more songs together btw
D.S from the HIStory album
MORPHINE from the HIStory in the mix album
PRIVACY from the INVINCIBLE album
@gorgeousfreeman - didn’t Slash also play the riff on Black or White?
@@Datman530 No, he didn't.
Slash played the intro on the album version of the song but not the actual riff
Rip To A Great Singer, Songwriter King Of Pop Michael Jackson, We Still Miss You Always
MJ always picked the hottest guitarist of the time whenever he wanted to do a song that was more rock. MJ wasn't a band. He would hire the best musical players at the time. Genius. He was the King of Pop but he played Rock music as well which allowed for a larger fan base which means higher sales. Genius.
Man, this song hits so hard and Slash knocks it out of the park!!
Not the first time MJ had an amazing guitarist feature on a song.....
He had Steve Stevens famous from blasting with Billy Idol on 'Dirty Diana' and Eddie Van Halen on 'Beat it' 👍
The short version, someone said sure, you're the King of 'Pop' but you don't really understand Rock & Roll & you could never do a 'Rock' song. MJ called Slash & said do you want to help me prove these a-holes wrong & he said hell ya! (Or so I was told) & Oh lord he did! I love this song, always have.
If you like this listen to Morphine. It's another collab by them. Michael actually plays some of the instruments on it.
Great song 😊 I love that Slash is wearing a flannel shirt 😂❤he is just one of the coolest dudes ever
It was the 90s, so flannel was all the rage at the time thanks to the Seattle scene.
Mj and slash has been friends for awhile. He also played in mid song black or white. You guys should watch the mtv anniversary special with mj performing and slash playing with him.
MJ is from another planet.Honestly out of this world
You guys gotta react to more Michael Jackson, he loved metal as well!! Especially Dirty Diana has a intense metal guitar solo.
Lol I'm a year late, but these two legends though. I don't know if y'all when Mike did those two shows at Madison Square Gardens back in 01, but Slash played Black or White and Beat It.. that was magical too. Mike is the greatest of all time
Such a bad ass MJ song
And sadly it's their only collaboration. One of my favorite songs of all time
A brilliant talent taken way too soon. 😢❤️
He's a badass love the guy that cool for slash to do this good song his voice is on point
Rip To The King Of Pop Michael Jackson, We Still Miss You Always
I would give anything to be front roll seeing this in concert!
I like how Suzy nearly was about to punch Travis every time he stopped the video 😅..
love this song and can't thank you guys enough for going in this catalog. MJ was so well-rounded. I remember when Beat It came out a lot of rock stations DJ's liked the song but didn't want to play it and be associated with it. There were a lot of MJ fans in the 80' but a lot of jealousness or those that just didn't like all his talent and fame. Thank you for being unbiased and appreciating this man for who he was
The collaboration i never knew we needed. Slash without glasses and a hat standing over the wind vents is everything i needed lol
Written and composed by MJ - from the Dangerous Album
Please Do More Of Michael Jackson, Keep Them Coming
M.J. should have done more music like this. It worked so well
My all time favourite song by MJ
The man, the myth, the legend, the hat…SLASH ❤🎩🎸
Love this song since I’m named after MJ and I love Slash and think he’s one of the greatest guitarists ever
Your name is Michael Jackson my man???
😮
@@EricSmith-jo1ltMichael from MJ , my middle name is David after my uncle
@@EricSmith-jo1lt my oldest sister who died 3 months before I was born wanted me named after MJ
Blame Sony for killing Michael's music starting with the Dangerous album. This is when Slash started recording with Michael.
That's why he deserves the title of king
Long live the King. 👑
Dangerous album is really a masterpiece. Can you do 'scream ' by MJ and Janet next please. You are so fun to watch.
michael é o maior artista da historia👑✌🏻
His ability to pause the video in the middle of an intense vocal is UNMATCHED…😂😂😂
unpopular opinion: this song is better than Dirty Diana
Hard to believe he's been gone nearly 15 years.
That Slash run at 6:35 is absolutely gorgeous.
Check out "Dirty Diana" also if you havent done that. Steve Stevens on guitar.
Also Privacy featuring Slash on Guitar from the “Invincible” album and “Beat It” feat the late great Eddie Van Halen in honor of the 40th anniversary of the “Thriller” album. ❤❤❤
Yasss! Dirty Diana and DS!
Best mj song hands down
Orathanti was mjs guitar player and does an amazing cover of this
Michael Jackson was 100% innocent.
Faaaaax
lu et approuvé 🙏👍👏💖
I was in love in another guy when this song was in the charts. Crazy times, good times. ❤️👊
How could you not know this song
Michael eterno❤ O maior artista de todos tempos👑
Please react to Dirty Diana!! It's another "live" music video and his performance in it is unbelievable. More power, grit, and raw animalistic energy than I've ever seen anywhere!
The one and only best MJ song to have hard rock punk influences on it XD 🖤🤘
This is one of his sexiest songs...like...YESSSSS
This one of his songs he never sang live. This song was to deep i belive.
I belive that Give in to me means that Michael was trying to look for real love who gives love to him for who he is but not what he is. This song has a lot of emotion packed into it and it has good lyrics. It’s one of Michael Jackson’s most underrated songs on the Dangerous Album in my opinion.
He smashed it 🥰🥰🥰🤟🏻
Michael Jackson has no equal.
I had the cassingle of this and it was B sided with a version of 'Dirty Diana' sounded so great played back to back to back...
As Always Just Love Seeing Your Reactions To All These Great Classic Song's
Probly my favorite MJ song. Had never seen the video though. Glad you did this one! Happy Holidays!
I consider MJ the king of rock as well❤🔥
Slash also collabed on Dirty Dianna as well. That was on his 1988 "Bad" album. This was on his 1991 "Dangerous" album. So I think Slash and Michael were friends back in the day.
I don't think so. Dirty Diana was Eddie something slash was later I think.
@@Bow503 yeah, you might be right. I'm seeing that he was on Give In to Me only.
@@WhatDayIsItTrumpDay but they were good friends though.
No. ‘Dirty Diana’ was with Stevie Stevens. Eddie Van Halen did guitar on ‘Beat It’
Y’all have to check out Come together by Michael Jackson (cover of the Beetles). It gives the same rock feel, it’s amazing
Yay my favorite MJ song
I still remember when I heard adult MJ at about 11yrs old and got my aunt to buy me his BAD album on cassette tape . My mom promptly took it from me 😂 I got it back a couple years later when it was more "appropriate" haha
By far my favorite MJ song
I love the way Slash plays guitar. The dude is a serious music magician. And of course, Michael Jackson being the brilliant singer he was, delivered a banger track.
Definitely one of my favorites off of his Dangerous album.
Crazy that he never released it in the US because it would fit in well with the Rock revival driven by Nirvana in the same era.
And the amazing Slash dont have his hat on😅
Also Dizzy Reed and Gilby Clark of guns n roses are in this video
React to dirty Diana, is pure old rock
La canción preferida de mi mamá ... Dirty Diana esta muy buena también
Emiliano...no Ingles?
MJ were and will always be the GOAT, RIP king
Nobody went harder than this dude, and this is coming from a Stan for A LOT of artists I'd lose my shit if I ever met, from all types of genres... but nobody went on a stage/in studio like this dude, not even close
PLZ REACT TO MTV 1995 M.J and Slash .....
One of Slash's specialties is playing on other people's albums. He has played solos on studio albums by: Michael Jackson (3 albums), Iggy Pop, Bob Dylan, Ozzy Ozbourne, Alice Cooper, Leny Kravitz, Motorhead, Carole King, Paul Rodgers, Brian May, Blackstreet, Chic, Rod Stewart , Cheap trick, Ray Charles, Jery Lee Lewis, Rihana, The Who, BB King.... And I'm not talking about all his live appearances.
Among the ones you should watch: with Lenny Kravitz - Always On the Run, with Elan Street Child (incredible solo), with Chic Live Budokan, with Blackstreet - Fix
You should react to *Michael jackson feat slash Live 2001 - Beat it* 👍👍👏👏👏👏👌👌
I'm pretty sure Orianthi got the job with Michael Jackson doing this song in her audition.
I've never been a fan of Michael Jackson, but I love Slash and I love this collaboration.
OMG OMG wouahhhh phénomènal grandiose génies mon idole Mj et slash la perfection même merci les adorables reacts très bonne analyse je kiiiiffff grave le top du top 🙏👍👏💖🎸🎶🎤🎵🎼😘😱
I thought this was a three days grace song for the longest time 😂😂
i dont think you heard a lot of Michael .. im a fan from 1978 (J 5 ) and i still listen to him every day and sometimes i hear a (old) new song i ( forgot) never heard !
Worked for Guns N Roses in 1993. Great show !
How can you not of heard this song🤦
MJ was wearing some very sharp cowboy boots in this video.
Slash is a badass
The the cat in the hat check out his discography he’s playing with a who’s who who’s who
She sounds just like Katt Dennings
Slash!!!
Mj king da musica
mj the best n slash playing a killer as always
Dirty Diana is another great song
Check out Dirty Diana by Michael Jackson- a complete rock song just like this (one of his biggest songs)
Gotta do come together my him
Last guitar
Always the king this guy gave so much to this crazy world but just so he was different the world rejected him.. Even though he proved countless times he was innocent.. Be at peace KING MIKE
Next: Michael Jackson - Dirty Diana 🤘
Michael in this video is very handsome and sexy loved
Keep up the good work
Please react to his cover of the Beatles song "Come Together" it has a similar rock vibe and his rasp in his voice on that song is insane
React to michael jackson dirty diana
Best MJ song by miles❤️
Omg
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Don't forget Muzz Skillings on bass!
