Right?! It was gorgeous and I started learning Korean in the summer of 2019, so it hasn’t actually been that long, plus I’m still learning!! I hope that answers your question~!🧡
Good question, and we’ve actually answered what we both love about each other the most already in another video, which you can check out here: ua-cam.com/video/qLjgcm6zaNc/v-deo.html
Watched one of your 2019 videos and then another, and hook, line sinker! Here I am, a new subbie. Bless you for introducing me to Lamp, 1998. Bless, bless you. Totally digressing from this video, hearing you speak about how you pick up German, it was the exact same thing with me. Started learning German in my final year of high school. Then it just fizzled away, just as it had come. Then Japanese, but I had forgotten that I had been exposed to Korean when I was very little (about 7 - 8 years old). So when I gave up on Japanese because of Kanji, my heart felt extremely sore. I invested a lot into Japanese philosophy to keep up with my undying love for the history and culture. But, as fate would have it, I got to hear my first love, Korean, again. I can't explain what happened to my heart when I heard it...but I'll try. It felt like home, like some thing warm had settled in my heart and wouldn't leave. The way it warmed my ears made me think of a hot bowl of soup on a cold day. I have never met anyone else who has matched my energy as you have. I wish you good health and wellness. Wholeness° Sorry I spent an entire comment on a previous video, but your profound comment about the cafe matching your energy lit a reminiscence.
Thank you so much for choosing to subscribe~ It really means a lot☺️🧡 And yess!! 1998 by Lamp is honestly everything! Not a day goes by without me playing it at least two or three times😅😂 Yess! Learning German was quite simple actually, but my heart wasn’t in it! The first time I heard Japanese, I thought WHAT👏🏾 IS 👏🏾THIS?!👏🏾 and have been in love since! I’m happy that the Korean language also provided you with that feeling of wanting to know more about a culture different to your own, as well as helping you to see the differences between your own country and in your case Korea! Making you potentially love your own country more☺️ Kanji definitely is a b*tch if you’re just hacking at it with no knowledge of Hiragana and Katakana as well as no actual end goal or desire😅 but I think it just proves that Korean was the one for you instead which I love and respect! I totally feel the same warm soup feeling whenever I hear Japanese, so I can definitely relate! Once again, thank you for loving the videos, subscribing and taking the time to comment! It means a lot!🍂 I love languages, and I’m happy that you’re another who does also~~ welcome!🙌🏾🧡✨
