This was helpful, particularly mortgage/loan process. Thank you everyone especially Thomas.

Bonjour! Excellent video. We are retired educators from Portland. We just finished a long stay in Europe: 5 months helping a new school open in Lvivv, one month in Krakow learning about WWII, and a month in Tallinn. Our interview for a Visa de Long Séjour Valant Titre de Séjour VLS-TS is in 2 weeks. Perpignan looks perfect. And we love the beaches!! Healthcare, public transportation, and within walking distance to markets are important. Merci! Dean & Cindy

Isn’t it worry that the visa attorney refers to her visas as best selling products?

This is about selling real estate and begins with that. Skip if you want visa info

Why does no one cater to us non 500k+ level people. I'm looking for a decent one or two bedroom apartment to live in the Nice area.

My wife and I would like to retire in France and we meet the requirements but we would like to work part time remotely with an US company is that possible?

You have to find that company in the USA first, I think. I work with an American company, travel to France on my tourist visa, and work from my French home periodically throughout the year. I don't stay more than a couple weeks at a time but could stay up to 3 months on a tourist visa, then go back for the second three-month period later that year. All on my regular tourist visa. Why not just buy a little place in France to use as a second vacation home and do it that way? Or just find an Air BnB that you like and stay there first. You don't need to move on a longstay visa right away. You can take your time.

Don’t tell anyone you’re an America.
