Hey!! crossing my fingers you see this bc this vid is old but would you recommend this as a replace for thoses who dont do well with caffeine or would you still take this with caffeine? I find it hard to get through sets without the caffeine but I get bad jitters and the come down from caffeine is hard.

I actually do have another question. In your opinion if you were to add legend and pump
And size in one pre workout drink how much water would you mix it with? Since that would be so many scoops. Not sure what I should do! Thank you for your responses! 🙂
Ashley Rossney dang! That’s what I usually do too haha. I copied that from Christian Guzman. For all 3 powders, I fill it anywhere between 8oz minimum up to the top of the shaker cup with a shaker ball. I chugg the entire thing and then go hit the gym.
I did a review on this supplement too! Not to bad. Wish it had more of a kick though. You get a like from me!
