Awesom…, why we didn't multiply P/A from the chart by i, and n isn't (P/A,i,n)

You don't multiply P/A by n and i. Two ways to do it, either you get the value (P/A, I%, n) from the table on page 141, as shown in this example and you multiply that value with the present worth or you get the equation from the table on page 136.
