Please stop saying that De Ligt is a good defender. He is definitely mot a good defender. He is good in name only hugely overrated. He is supposed to be in his prime and couldn’t hold on to his starting positions at Juventus and Bayern Munivh.
He is good. But of you know this it will open your eyes. Martinez and De Ligt are great individually. But they are two different Defenders who barely have any chemistry. They don't even speak the same languages. Defending is hard. Especially when you can't communicate with your fellow Defenders.
