Who ever was on dispatch was on point, clear as hell and repeated/confirmed all info relayed awesomely. Nicely done i feel like some of these dispatchers need more recognition when they are that good. My other question is why release everyone that ran, at very least the drivers of the pantos were on traffic stops when they jumped in the car that ran so really I would have charged them all at that point.

Your theory about you have to be speeding to be a speeder... If you're doing the speed limit and someone passes you going faster, they are speeding. You don't need to speed to catch speeders.
