One thing I've wondered about is them giving tickets to bikes because they don't have a license plate showing when the model doesn't allow for a plate. If they have a plate on record for it but the model doesn't allow for one why not just RP it being there or something.

Hey polecat. Is there any way you can post videos in a higher quality? I have to skip through night scenes because i can barely see anything unless you kill the lights on the game. The sky looks like pixels and again, its just really hard to watch. I thought this was just my phone but i played it on my 4k tv and it just doesn't come out good. Maybe its the quality of the video.. i play it in the highest quality available which is 1080.
why was the dispatcher going by Zulu time? there is literally no reason to make someone think oh what region are we in, is it daylight savings or winter time. He was trying to be fancy for no reason to use GMT time if u don’t have to
