I’m with micah. People always blaming jerry and the front office. But the players play. And wayy too often in the biggest moments they play beneath their abilities. We had 3, 12-5 seasons with a team full of all pros and came up short. That aint jerry. At some point it’s simple as being better than the man in front of you. Thats all micah was saying.

Think of this, since the last time the Cowboys went to a NFC championship game, the Commanders tore down and rebuilt two playoff teams and one has made it, the Eagles has built, retooled and made it 3 times with 2 Super Bowl appearances and a win, and the Giants have made it to the game twice and won both superbowls. The division has been competitive some years and other years looked like the worst division in football. And the only consistency is Jerry Jones and that amazing culture in Dallas to somehow always fuck it up.

To the point - Jerry will always do Jerry and he will never hire a person that isn’t a “yes man”. He will always hold post game pressers criticizing his coach and causing division in the locker room with the manner in which he leads.
