It’s so important to feel good in your own skin, something I’ve also struggled with and why I’ve been focusing on getting more fit myself and I’ve been loving the journey and seeing how much stronger my body is than I thought. :) I’m also a minimalist on certain items, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with making a beautiful home you enjoy being in, especially when you spend most of your time there :)
That's wonderful! Are you working out at a gym or at home? ☺️ You're absolutely right, I do enjoy beautiful furniture and decoration but not too much. Clutter can be so stressful sometimes, especially now when everything is in moving boxes just taking up space! 😅
@@ErudwenASMR Definitely in the gym, but where I’m deployed to right now it’s basically a prison gym 😂 Free weights are definitely the move, although body weight stuff is also fantastic and can be done at home. I also live out of boxes for an embarrassing amount of time when I move🤣

This is my 3rd deployment, and 2nd one to a combat area of operations (Starlink out here is how we stay connected). I was stationed in Germany, Korea and Japan for a total of 7 years also, but not “deployed” there if that makes sense. :) Our National Guard can deploy within the U.S. though, as well as outside.

hey erudwen, great video as always^^ i’ve been a fan of ur moomin videos for a while now and at first i was a bit sad to hear ur selling ur mugs, since i guess this will be the last moomin video for some time, but i absolutely get it. i know a breakup can be a rly hard time and sometimes change is the only thing that helps us move on and focus on ourselves. so anything that helps u heal, i 100% support u in doing! also thank u sooo much for ur videos, they’re rly relaxing and honestly ur one of my favourite asmrtists!! i hope to hear ur soothing voice soon again! (even tho it would also be absolutely okay if u took some time off for urself

Life is constantly changing, and feeling like you're gaining new perspectives is perhaps a sign that despite the shock and pain it might turn out to be a good thing for you, with personal growth and a renewed awareness of your values. Feeling good at home is essential for happiness. Happiness comes from within, not from the approval of others of your choices or appearance☺
After my break up I I went straight to the gym. I also wasn’t liking my own body shape but when you’re in a relationship it doesn’t matter all that stuff. I got out of my comfort zone and started doing things I didn’t like doing. Well it turned out great. We have to go through pain and struggle to be the best version of ourselves.
