I LOVE my Bambu X1 as well as Bumbu Studio. Keep up the great work! 👏👏👏
It would be extremely useful for us users to be able to store folders on the SD card that can be read separately instead of showing all the files as one when viewing the files on the SD card. This becomes extremely detrimental when storing multiple different prepaired files of different jobs as it shows all files seperetly. This should definitely be implemented into the software/hardware in a future update as it would simplify the navigation and process of selecting the correct model when starting a job. Another suggestion would be implementation of baby z step options once the print has started and available directly from the carbons display.
Ya that is a production deal killer
I purchased the P1P and did not know this. I think I might have to return the printer and get something else altogether because my options are to either save my files as one big mess or reslice every single time in bambu studio, which is also a pain in the ass because of different settings for different parts. I didn't even consider looking this up because all the reviews made no mention of this and honestly it's expected that you can connect something like octoprint to a $1000+ printer. Pretty ridiculous that there is 0 organization.
Lol ender 3 v2 can separate them out 🤣
Just here to request the use of folders to organise our files.
...doesn't work. The printer won't see anything I put on the card.
Perfect!!! Just what I needed. Thank you!
Latest firmware allows the sliced file to be sent directly to printer instead of the longer process of exporting.
Loving the frequent updating of firmware
my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer does not see the card, what could be the reason?
Wait, you can put an SD card into the X1C? 😉
I imported 3mf file but mine said file not supported ???
I would like to have folders on the SD card where I can store recurring programs
Is it possible to upload files to the SD card over WIFI through the slicer?
Yes you can.
Latest firmware allows sliced files to be sent. It is located in the same spot as print all/ export
Please add folders. It's too hard to keep track of all your prints.
Ability to create folders please! Thanks
I dont seem to be getting that right side of the screen at 0:42
What kind of SD card is in this video
Would be great if I could select the AMS filament places on my P1S when printing from the SD card. Give me the option after i selected the file on the SD card to choose between A1, A2, A3 and A4 slots.
Why can't I print test models with the included X1Е filaments? What should I print them with?
I have tried this multiple times and it keeps saying my SD card is unformatted even though it IS formatted. Any suggestions?
Formatted to what may I ask?
what kind of spec of the sd card it self? mine is sandisk extreme and the machine can event reading it. why?
Is there a way to do a color change with out the ams
You need the AMS to change colors on these printers. I'm not sure if any after market units would work with Bambu Labs slicing software.
Yes there is, you can change filament at specific layers. I'm not with my pc at the moment but from memory , the vertical layer slider on the far right of the screen, I think there is a plus button to select, use that to change filament at layer.
Can we turn off vibration calibration?
You can turn on/off calibration or timelapse before the print. Just untick the box.
yes, before you start printing you can select if wou want to calibrate it 0:41
PLEASE HELP. I have some old file from my other printer. First of all it took me ages to get it to read the card!!! even thou I reformat the cards I have to fat32. and now it seems that the bed is not hot enough. I have not been able to print even one without everything go on cause.....!!! any idea or video's you could point me too. I knew the c´Cura and everything was so easy on that, I do not know what I am doing wrong thank you
How do we remove the SD card?
It is in a slot on the right side of the display. You can use a fingernail to remove it, or print a tool from Thangs to be able to remove the SD Car easier.
this was not an stl file and was not directly from the sd card. you just put the same file from internal and kept the format the same
There are two options: "Export Plate Sliced File" and "Export All Sliced File" There is NO option "Export Sliced File". I understand that this video was made a year ago, but an update would be highly appreciated. Thank you
Is it correct that you can not wirelessly print directly to the printer?
doesn't work. Printer just says SD card timeout error.
I just got my X1C and I must say, what a PITFA with this tiny freakin' card WWWHHYYYY?!!! If you don't have nails or have fat fingers, you are done for!
Another problem I have is, why have all the options on 4 different location instead of on the top left? where most of the options are?
The worst part is you can't have a totally remote system with something like octoprint, you are just doomed to having all your STLs in the same folder either having to go through display or reslicing in bambu studio every time. Ridiculous for such an expensive and quality printer.
I'm here becose my a1 cant be reached
This printer is good until you have to talk to the technicians…. I’m having trouble with a defective part and I’m 3 weeks writing with them because the printer has a defective part that they don’t want to change it . Since day one this part was defective but the post service of bambú labs is a piece of ……..
