    Made one Saturday two nine inch ones and sandwich them together with a Christmas bow around it and piped on top was beautiful. Thanks for your tips re the water in the oven

      You welcm my dear .you can also put water on top shelf and cake in middle with a pan of water under it .girl it nice.i do it saturday it was great.check out my Facebook story and you see .its soft very nice.

    Great instructions, looks great, definitely more of a cakey texture than pudding. Probably because of the 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of fruit and baking soda. I normally increase my fruits. All of that is preference though. Overall great job 👏👍🏽

    Auntie if you remove the eye from the eggs it help also to remove the rawness from the cake

    Aunty June can I use part 1 recipe that you did with the 8 eggs to add 1 tsp baking powder or 1 tsp soda more, because I'm not using self rising flour, I'm using baking flour

      If you are not using self rising flour .say you are using 4 cups of flour put 4 teaspoons of baking powder and 2 teaspoons of soda plus 8 eggs .
