Yes! So happy you've made your way to this series. Been following SMG4, then Glitch, for years now, and when this was released I immediately got addicted. Hope you enjoyed it, and react to the rest of them. Episode 5 is also just about to release, so excited!
More reactions to this series? Yes PLEASE! This is my favourite series of all time, and that's not just counting UA-cam stuff. Glitch Productions isn't a large team, so the fact that they can pull off this kind of quality with the speed they do is amazing. Also shoutout to Liam Vickers for writing the story and directing the show. And also being the VA for the teacher and some background characters like the guy who says "So not the vibe!" when Uzi pulls her gun out.
Ayo! Can't wait to see you watch more. There's 4 out now and the 5th is out next week. I don't think Uzi was corrupted in that last scene, we just got to see what her endgame was from the start - save her people from the MDs, get off the planet, *kill all humans* for trying to kill her kind first. I loves me an adorable antihero. 🥰
Just a little recommendation if you like the show. The lore of this show is very much hidden in the background in little things like flashing texts and other little things. So some things may not make sense if you don't discover these little things.
my theory of why the murder drones cant go through the doors are one of these. 1. They are not allowed to break Jenson property, the worker drones have built them perfectly. 2. It is a reference for firewalls and their current reality is actually not "real" but a simulation
I have no idea if this'll get seen cause I'm like, a week late, but I'm glad to see GLITCH is getting more and more attention! This series is awesome so far, but personally their series Meta Runner was more my thing. I highly recommend you check it out, it's not super popular and kinda overlooked, but I think it's interesting enough. Great reaction as always man!
Everyone always gives Khan crap for leaving Uzi, like in this instance you said "She's your daughter.", but people never seem to think about it. She's not really his daughter, she's basically adopted at best and aside from that, they may be mimicking human intelligence and behavior but they are **NOT** humans, and lack the instinctual drive to protect their 'offspring' to ensure the continuation of their lineage. This is likely largely due to them being disposable worker drones, they have a bare minimum of self preservation but they can't care about those around them too much or they'd risk halting productivity every time one of their fellow drones suffered an accident or malfunctioned due to the likely dangerous working conditions they were probably utilized in (Uzi did say they were mistreated, so they were probably used for obviously dangerous tasks or given tasks that were sure to cause damage to the drones because they're replaceable and expected to be damaged or destroyed.) That being said, he was clearly scared for his own wellbeing and likely dealing with PTSD from when he watched a murder drone attack his wife (whom he said he had to finish off due to the nanite-acid she had been subjected to.) He also didn't do abandon her heartlessly, he hesitated for a very brief moment, he also looked very sad when he closed the door. Khan wasn't happy about what he was doing but he had to protect the rest of the colony, thinking about it logically (from an AI's perspective,) losing one drone to protect an untold number of others from destruction is justifiable, and has a higher chance of survival for everyone (as a whole.) If he had really callously abandoned her, he would have just closed the door immediately and not shown any remorse for the action, he would have just turned away and shut it as he ran. Then there's the fact he had no idea how to operate that weapon, he had no idea if it functioned properly. He used the knowledge he had of the situation to make a judgement; from his experience there was nothing he could do to fight a murder drone, I mean in just seconds it wiped out a group of 5 or 6 drones on it's own. If the weapon didn't work properly and he tried to save Uzi, he just guaranteed the destruction of the entire colony so he chose to take the 'safe' bet and leave... As an additional note, I'm not sure he could have fired the weapon even if he did try to save Uzi, I believe the only reason Uzi was able to fire off the initial shot against N was because he didn't know that weapon was dangerous, so he hesitated in their initial encounter. N had never seen a weapon like that and to our knowledge, no one had killed a disassembly drone before so why should he worry about it? (This is further supported by J just standing there when Uzi threw the pen at her; the disassembly drones likely don't think they can really be hurt until it happens to them.) However, now he knows how dangerous it is and that was his primary reason for pursuing Uzi, he didn't want that weapon being used on those he cared about. Now that he knows it's dangerous towards himself and the other disassembly drones, he's likely not going to give anyone time to take aim and fire much like the way he shut down Uzi immediately before she could pull the trigger, granted she was distracted and hesitating (waiting for Khan to move.) tl;dr - Remember, they're not humans and you shouldn't expect them to act like they are. They're just imitating human behavior to the best of their software's ability to do so.
Honestly as soon as you started talking about how you have kids my first thought was “oh god he’s gonna hate Khan even more than most people do” lol

The red light on N's head did actually flash yellow when he was talking about drinking oil.
Oh wow! well this is an unexpected reaction! Hope you enjoy the journey, this is pretty darn high quality!
Just went and watched the original. It's really pretty good. Now that I have, I'm gonna watch this reaction to it. Thanks for sharing that with me.
