It's rare that your height increase beyond the genetical potential you got. Generally, the formula of height is Fathers height + mothers height/2 + 5 inches for most of the cases. if you don't agree with this then u might be a rare case. So generally it works like that only. My father is 6.3 and mother is 5.4 and am 6.2 which is approximately true acc to the formula . + I never did any height exercise and none of the point u mentioned caused any harm to my growth.

This is literally me I was almost 5'4 at class 8 and after lockdown I ended up messing my height around just above 5'6 and beleive me it requires so much time to accept this reality and it still hurts so my humble request is for all students at their teens would be to play sporst and be physically strong.
