I think its to do with everyone using the same moves n combos, so they see pro gameplay and think “ well i know all that stuff so i can beat them” but they forget about spacing, reactions, matchup knowledge etc, top pros have so much knowledge and understanding of the games

I used to play Destiny 2 competitively and there were a LOT of guys like that. I was a 17 yo kid listening to adults cry like children because they lost in a videogame.
I used to Monarque/Oathkeepers. Not even the _most_ optimal choice for a Hunter in comp. _Ask me how much hate mail I used to get lmao_
@@JFirecracker I only used snipers, sometimes blue ones, in scrims and people would still come up with something for why they lost. I didn't mind the regular people in comp or trials, but the 30 yo sweats acting like children in scrims made me quit the game to preserve my mental health.
