Lush yeast dough pie with beautiful filling

I am sharing a recipe for a sweet yeast pie. It turns out fluffy, soft and very tasty. For the filling, I used jam and jam that I had, but you can use it to your taste.

Ingredients:
300 ml milk
90 g sugar
25 g pressed yeast
600-630 g flour
10 g vanilla sugar
2 eggs
50 g butter
a pinch of salt
Filling:
200 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. starch
1 tbsp. l. sour cream
250 g each of apricot jam and cherry marmalade (or to your taste)
yolk
1 tbsp. l. milk
