You know what's crazy! Rented a nice car on a platform. When I met the guy, I felt something while I was around him. Wasn't anything bad, but there was an energy. So I looked him up and saw this story! I was blown away, very calm and cool guy.

I wish big directors would pick up these stories and make big cinematic movies and theaters near you type of thing Martin Scorsese these stories are very compelling and I feel like if they was to make million-dollar budget movies out of it especially out of his story I think it was get good feedback as far as sales in theaters or what not and I also hope that the detectives that were all involved in this wrongful conviction I hope their ass is going to jail for at least 20 years so that they can see what it feels like to be wrongfully accused but in their case they're being accused of something they actually did those fucking bastards they clearly didn't know how to do their job correct and be a detective and detect and investigate so they just pick out any little black kid in the neighborhood and get him to confess to a murder rape robbery and then sit him in jail for 20 30 40 years or life cuz all they want is be conviction that's all they're worried about they get stars for those convictions but those convictions are false you didn't investigate you just grabbed any kid from the neighborhood I hope and pray that their kids have to go through this so that they see what it feels like to have to survive in Rikers Island or in the state prison knowing that your paper and your conviction says rape so now all these monsters and prison are going to be coming after you to stab you rape you try to kill you beat your ass cuz it's just like what he said I wasn't at no resort it's true you go to prison to Fight for Your Life in court in in prison

I'm going to start by saying this was a really good interview the guy spoke really well about a circumstance and things that transpired leading up to his case and his life moving forward, but there was several situations that he smoked off regarded a law that are totally inaccurate and I'm only mentioning the one big one, pleading the fifth it has nothing to do with just getting arrested it has to do with your right to remain silent to avoid self-incrimination or inferences that can lead to the appearance of incrimination everyone is afforded that right you can just be quiet walking on the street and not be forced by the law to speak. Now one thing a person cannot do is begin testifying and later decide not to speak further because you have essentially waived your right by beginning to speak, you cannot choose to answer some questions and not all. But the Fifth Amendment provides you with the right to not self-incriminate so you cannot under any circumstance be simply forced to speak and forced out of your right.

Just as it being people with money not being able to get out , there's also geniuses in prison who can't get out. It's a combination of those factors and universal energy and outside influences. IE...it's not what you know , it's who you know. Also the person you know and people that person knows. Basically it's called networks.
