Whether these players stick around long enough to contribute is just as important as signing them in the first place. There have been some #1 classes that might as well have been outside the top 10 after most of the class transferred.
That was entirely Saban's fault. You can't sit these kids on the bench as freshmen. Use them on special teams, let them on the field at the end of blow outs. Get them involved in practice.

The Portal is a 2-way street....I cant see CKD wanting to keep(And I may miss some both ways): *Prentice,Henderson,Hamilton,Haynes,Alinen,McVay,Hurley,Pritchett,and Ty Simpson. And there will be some others who leave on their own.
Recruiting classes mean nothing anymore. Every player could be a 5 star, never play a game, and be gone just as soon as someone else writes a bigger check. This is not the college football we want. The powers that be have destroyed it.
