Abi, this is totally amazing! Very inspirational. While we have Ai as part of our cloud package...never got around to ever using as have no idea what to do with it :) That said we can achieve similar using Canva. We run a UK holiday/vacation home business and are looking at this angle to spice up carousels....while it'll be tricky to do what you've done, your video is a great inspiration. Thanks Abi 👍🏻

Could you explain a little bit more about exporting this? You're working on 300 ppi, why? Love the vid❤️
Of course! So ppi is used for images displayed on a computer so great for graphics being uploaded to social media! I use 300ppi as it makes the image more crisp compared to using something smaller like 75ppi!

Hi! I love your videos they're super helpful!! btw I have a basic question on illustrator, when you import the photos into Illustrator do you have to check ppi if it's 72?? or as long as it looks fine you don't actually look at the ppi?

Oh great, tried photoshop just now but noticed the images and content aren’t showing as carousel, they’re being cropped once it’s outside the artboard, is there a way I can overcome that?

This is probably the dumbest question you'll be asked today but how did you hide what was in the bleed area? Is there a keystroke for that?
Not dumb at all! You can either create a clipping mask or go to View>Trim view!! Very handy!😎

It's a clipping mask, I'm double clicking into the post and copying the image in, I created this clipping mask at the start, by using CMD/CTRL + 7
