Thank you guys for watching. If you guys want a signed print for your wall I print all of them myself from my large format Canon printer larrychenprints.com/
I definitely want the print of me with my goggles at 6:04 and the shot right before that showing my Spyder with the other cars and me standing near it in my white suit. Not sure how to find those specific images on your website. I would love it if you could send me a link. Thanks.
Your photo skills are just next level. The lighting the angles the subjects. You deliver. You should come to the UK and capture some beauties at Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. Would love to see you capture the hill climb action
Bravo! Praise-worthy shots! Porsche brings out the best in the people! W/O the folks and treasured pets it would just be another 'car show'. Thoroughly enjoyed this one! You can even smell the sea breeze from the bay wafting over these treasures.
Favorite shots/views were the Hoonipig from above with the crowd standing around the car but keeping a respectful distance from it, as a sign of respect/reverence to KB.
Another amazing video! I’m honored you included a shot of me driving in 6:04, my goggles still on. It had been a 74 mile mostly pre dawn drive to get there, you really captured how excited I was to arrive at that moment. Thank you!!!
Never seen car photography that gives me goosebumps. Awesome execution of automobile vs lifestyle. When you explained how you have to perform for this event. You are the Casey Stoner of photography!
I appreciate you bring back some of the technical camera stuff and the mental thought process on why you do certain things. Thank you for being a great storyteller.
I have been following you a while now, Larry and you have always been a fantastic photographer. But this time you outdone yourself. Those photos from Luftgekühlt are probably some of your best work yet. Just utterly sublime. Will some of them make it into the prints shop?
That naval yard setup is mental! Now I can see why Jeff chooses all these locations and setups - he simply thinks as a photographer and Porsche nerd. This ain't your standard car show! 😎🤟
Honestly, Larry, your shots are just absolutely incredible! Great composition, using the light, bringing across all the vibes. Gives me so much joy and inspiration!
Sooo Good! Amazing photos as usual, but really love to hear how you approach events like this. I also really like the way you curated your photos for this vignette. Thank you for sharing!
Every time I watch one of your videos I always watch the entire thing from beginning to end even the outro is part of the experience for me. The diversity from the photography, cinematography, detailed features and everything else I really enjoy watching this channel. Keep up the great work 👍
Man, I know your works from a long time ago shot of NSX (probs 2007-2009), when I just started taking my own photos. I know that you are the best in automotive photography. So many shots in this video I`m just ready to buy and print just to put it on the wall! What a talent you are and what a show! Cheers!
Hey Larry. I thoroughly enjoyed this video!! I wish I could have been at the event. You captured some spectacular images and your work is absolutely amazing.
Hey Larry, it was so great to meet you at this event and say hello. Will you have any signed prints to buy from this event? This event was remarkable. It was kind of like an art gallery and not like a car show.
You're the man Larry. As a car and Porsche enthusiast I really appreciate your photos. We all can't make these events but your work puts us there. Unrelated to this event, you shot a Porsche 917 with L and M livery back in 2013 that was so spectacular it brought a tear to my eye. Thanks for the great work.
Look up Bethlehem Steel / Steel stacks... THAT is where they need to have a show like this. It's the old Steel factory it was like it's own town. Some restored others still in original rundown abandonded condition.. WOULD BE EPIC!!!!!!!
So many great shots and what a show. Liked that you tried to catch the vibe with the spectators aswell and remember i have tried to get som shots like that but mostly ended up with duds.
Watching this video makes me a bit jealous, at some point in life I want to come to the US and experience a Luftgekühlt event there. Hopefully they hoste an other event in Germany in the near future.
Georgelucas film crew were diving across the bay bridge on acid trip when they saw the shipping cranes at the Oakland port and that is where and when the Star Wars atat walkers came from
I've not watched one of your videos in a long time now because I wished you'd speak more about your process and approach to your shoots. I'm glad to have come back to this one because I feel it's the most I've seen you talk about the approach and process in a video. I know not everyone wants to hear about the details of photography side of things, but it's sure something I know a large group of people are really interested to hear your throughts and detail over how you work.
Larry, I love your work buddy. I apologize I missed this first time around, but the last month was busy for me getting ready for Hot Rod Power Tour. Keep up the great work! Remember to click ass and take frames, Cheers, - wright
Hey Larry! saw you running around on Saturday at the aircooled show and wanted to get a picture with you but you were moving so fast I didn't get a chance to stop you. Awesome coverage, as always!
Thank you guys for watching. If you guys want a signed print for your wall I print all of them myself from my large format Canon printer larrychenprints.com/

I would love a print of the image of us at 16:53 in the 993 Turbo.
Lary, you’re not just a photographer, you’re a steward of our culture and automotive history! 🙏 ❤
You capture culture and life that speak towards everything that makes car culture great. Thank you for sharing your art Larry!
Sad that Ken couldn’t drive the Hoonipegasus
He did get to drive it and test it before his passing
He means up the mountain for a pikes peak run
His daughter Lia is going to drive it to the top of Pikes Peak this year!
@@johnlocke9261 wow…
@@johnlocke9261 Thats so cool💪🏻🤟🏻🤙🏻❤️🔥
So interestingly enough, George Lucas was inspired by those crate movers in Stockton and in Oakland, so you were dead on with the AT-AT comparison.
Your photo skills are just next level. The lighting the angles the subjects. You deliver. You should come to the UK and capture some beauties at Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. Would love to see you capture the hill climb action
I've been before and I loved it!
Shoutout to Vallejo and Mare Island. Great shots as usual sir

Bravo! Praise-worthy shots! Porsche brings out the best in the people! W/O the folks and treasured pets it would just be another 'car show'. Thoroughly enjoyed this one! You can even smell the sea breeze from the bay wafting over these treasures.

That life size model kit is like what Richard Hammond has/is doing for railing at his shop 'the smallest cog'. It's such a cool idea
So many awesome photos!
Thanks for capturing the community and the cars so good
Amazing shots, can't even decide over a favorite, since I loved them all, you're an awesome photographer.
That naval yard setup is mental! Now I can see why Jeff chooses all these locations and setups - he simply thinks as a photographer and Porsche nerd. This ain't your standard car show! 😎🤟

Luft 9 was an awesome event. I loved it. I got to meet Larry, he gave me one of his stickers but then I lost it pulling my phone out of my pocket.😢
