I was there that night...at first after Ariana's performance there was a loud bang and everyone started screaming and rushing out, I didn't know what was going on at the time because I was only 9 but after me and my family got outside there was ambulances and police everywhere and then I realised what had happened...I wasn't hurt or anything nor was my family but it's and experience I'll never forget...my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who was effected by this tragedy❤

personal story.. i was in Manchester just a few hours before the attack, i was heading home on a bus, the 98 Manchester to bury via Radcliffe and all i will remember is seeing alot of people walking up the steps near the train station as they prepared to go to the concert, knowing in hindsight that some of those people attending would never come home especially as alot of them are children make me feel incredibly upset. the morale of this city is high and this will get us through the pain of this but it will never fully heal , i have a profound respect for all that helped in this time of sorrow both domestic and international as they have stood by us to share the pain. the late mr rogers said it best "look for the helpers, you will always find people who are helping"... I was woken up at 4 in the morning by a friend and a load of messages telling me ‘LOOK AT THE NEWS’ and I was so puzzled and then my screen lit up and it hit me... my city that I know and love with every bit of my heart was attacked, I even had family asking if I was ok😢 Manchester are moving forward and are stronger than ever before and the world will keep moving. But one thing is for sure is that no one will ever forget the events that happened that night. Honest to god ive just seen this on my UA-cam and I’ve just re watched it and it made me tear up. My favorite thing about Manchester is that it is the setting of the movie "The Full Monty." It's one of the funniest movies ever made and I play it when ever I'm was upset or depressed. And on the night of this atrocity I really felt for the people of Manchester and for the families who lost their loved ones . I live in Liverpool, which is about 30 or 50 minutes away from Manchester. This girl from my school (who isnt particularly nice to me), she went, with her friend. They were not hurt thankfully, but her friend's dad is in critical condition. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family, and all the rest affected. This is just awful.

personal story.. i was in Manchester just a few hours before the attack, i was heading home on a bus, the 98 Manchester to bury via Radcliffe and all i will remember is seeing alot of people walking up the steps near the train station as they prepared to go to the concert, knowing in hindsight that some of those people attending would never come home especially as alot of them are children make me feel incredibly upset. the morale of this city is high and this will get us through the pain of this but it will never fully heal , i have a profound respect for all that helped in this time of sorrow both domestic and international as they have stood by us to share the pain. the late mr rogers said it best "look for the helpers, you will always find people who are helping"... R.I.P

I was woken up at 4 in the morning by a friend and a load of messages telling me ‘LOOK AT THE NEWS’ and I was so puzzled and then my screen lit up and it hit me... my city that I know and love with every bit of my heart was attacked, I even had family asking if I was ok😢 Manchester are moving forward and are stronger than ever before and the world will keep moving. But one thing is for sure is that no one will ever forget the events that happened that night. Honest to god ive just seen this on my UA-cam and I’ve just re watched it and it made me tear up. I love my city; we will always stand strong together💜

My favorite thing about Manchester is that it is the setting of the movie "The Full Monty." It's one of the funniest movies ever made and I play it when ever I'm was upset or depressed. It always takes me out of myself. James is right. The close-knit spirit of the people and the sweet comedy comes through in a movie that was written by and stars a local lad. It was filmed in Manchester, too, I believe. It's hard to think of little girls, mostly, dying under any circumstance, but it's especially horrific when they're at a music venue listening to someone they love in the way kids do.

My nana, dad and most of my dad's side of the family live in Manchester or around the outskirts. I can't imagine how it must feel to lose a loved one in an event like that, I only got a tiny glimpse of that shock and worry.
