♡ recipe: squash pasta
- 1 cup roasted squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
-1 tbsp parmesan
- 1/3 c pasta water
- 1tbsp cream
♡ recipe: egg white oats
- 30g rolled oats
- a little water to cover the oats
- 1tsp cinnamon (or @JustspicesDe oatmeal spice)
-150ml almond milk
- 1/2tbsp chia seeds
- 30g protein powder + water to mix
- 2 egg whites (OR 60g egg whites if you are measuring)
♡ recipe: cauliflower gnocchi
- 2 steamer bags of cauliflower rice (eg. about 1 head cauli)
- salt to taste
- 1 cup flour
♡ recipe: breakfast cookie (@NutritionByKylie on instagram!)
- 1/2c oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 3/4scoop protein powder (myvegan speculoos!!)
- sweetener of choice
- 2sp neutral oil
- 1tsp cinnamon (I love using the @JustspicesDe oatmeal spice hehe)
