thank you!....I would not have had a clue about how to peel those. I rarely see them in our area. What kind of a flavor do they have? I'm guessing potato?
Sorry for the late reply! Not like a potato at all! It has a more bitter taste but not bad bitter,. I have to go to an Asian market to find yuca (they sell all kinds of international foods) but if you live in a Latin neighborhood you'll easily find them.
Except that you never really showed how to peel it everybody knows about that cut on the side but you didn't show how to get past the hard parts so this video is a waste of space and time
After spending 3 months in Colombia, Yuca was a staple for breakfast, and was fantastic with butter, cheese or many local special sauces.
Super helpful. Thank you!

Thank you 💯
You're welcome!
How long do you boil the yuca for?
Thx ..👌
You are welcome!
Can Yuca be frozen peeled and raw (without cooking)
Yes, I do that all the time. Then I boil it or you can defrost overnight in the fridge.

Well the video still good but doesn't show how to peel. She needs to change the subject.
You soak the yuka in water overnight.
It will be easy to peel.
I roast mine first , then i peel them
Very cool! Is that a method of a specific culture?
