Usually it takes around 4 weeks for them to send your passport back, however, if its been more than 4 weeks than you can another enquiry with the UK Home Office or visit VFS centre where you had submitted your passport

@@ChamanpreetSingh-id9ziI waited for more than a month but I didn’t receive any mail for passport submission, but someone shared his experience with me he said I don’t need to wait since my decision is overturned he suggested i submit a copy of my decision overturn letter and my passport at the VFS center which I did and I am still waiting for my visa.

I came in uk as a student and applied for skilled worker visa from here,my skilled worker visa has been rejected and the reason they are stating is my course is not completed .but in actual my course is completed in May 2023..

As per the new rules, an applicant can apply to switch to Skilled Worker Visa from Student Visa when he receives results of his course. There are chances of refusal if someone applies before the results are out
My Son is above 21years old, came to UK under Eu Settlement Scheme Family reunion in November to join me. You can apply for a fresh visa with new CAS, however, you need to make sure that you provide detailed explanation about the refusal and provide adequate documents to the UK Home Office.

Mine took more than 6 months after sending the correct document my application was refused I would advise you to do another application and I was given 28 days to submit the document..I sent it on day 8 bt still i just wasted time by waiting

I am from Nigeria,I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC..is over 2 months and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 10months.. Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review when a refusal decision has been overturned ? Generally, decisions on Administrative review is taking longer than expected. The standard processing time is 3-6 months, however, it is longer than that. if your decision has been overturned and you have paid for IHS then you dont need to worry about the application. You can also check the same with VAC regarding your passport
Also, please note that the applicants are required to follow the instructions received by UK Home Office, if the UK Home Office has asked to submit the passport than only you have to submit the passport

My visa was refused because my TB test results were not uploaded by the VFS team and also provided a mail Id where gmail is spelled as gmaiI with capital I instead of L. So when they asked to give the documents, beause I didn't receive any mail I was unable to do so. In this case, is there a chance to get approved if I go for administrative review?
