Great video! I would like to see a video where you interview locals and get their perception, understanding, and opinion of Peace Corps, and international volunteers in general.
I think your goal of sharing Guinea with America is great! I'm in an African Politics class this semester, so I've been hooked on everything Africa. I have never had any exposure to anything African before, so your videos are a great resource. I'd love videos on the political climate in Guinea, and the Guineans' perception on various topics such as religion. Katharine's story sent me!
Hey, I'm really glad that these are helping you! Be sure to share them with others in your class 🙂 Politics or religion are both good ideas, though in the village I'm so far detached from actual politics that I'm not sure I could really do that one justice
Thanks so much for your videos, I really enjoy them (and they are just phenomenal)! I am being considered for an agroforestry position in PC Guinea and am waiting for an interview, so I am super grateful that you are making these.
Really glad you like it :) It would be interesting to compare your studies of international development with what Peace Corps is doing in Guinea, let me know if you want to collaborate in any way!
Hey congrats! And thank you 🙂 so I was a professional photographer before Peace Corps, so I had camera gear already. I shoot on a 5d iv mostly. But I'd definitely recommend you bring any camera! It's a great way to show offyour community and meet goal three! Let me know what else you're curious about, they're great video ideas!
Peace Corps is a great place to learn, in my opinion! Lots of interesting and important stories to tell. Feel free to reach out if you have any technical questions or just want to talk about ideas
Ahh flip flops and coffe in the middle of a field under a Tree 🌳 ahh this brings peace to the world! While flying my Government Drone over the area and sending live video feed via the internet to my commander, I feel as if I am doing my part to bring peace to this world 🌎. Next comes in the rockets after I painted my targets with a laser from my Drone. I really feel as if I have accomplished something showing this small country that we really love them!

Thanks Emily! You're right, that would be interesting for me too.
A video about the biggest challenges would be cool
Ah, you're so right. Would definitely give a different perspective. There are challenges I anticipated, and challenges I wouldn't have realized.
I love your videos and I’m actually from Guinea and it makes me happy that you seem to enjoy my country
Love your videos. Such good production! I’m leaving for Uganda in November (2019), and these really help give insight. Cheers!
Really glad that they're helping you out!
your videos are so so well made! I wish they had more views
Thank you! The views will come in time, I'm just enjoying making them for now

I would love to hear more about specific projects you are doing, and the process you go through to get them up & running! Thanks for the videos😊
These are great ideas! Really important to show the process
Keep going man! I love your channel!

I love your videos! I’m hoping to be accepted by April for Community Youth Development in Ukraine. I’ve had my interview now I’m just waiting 🤞🏻
Thank you! Good luck 🤞🤞
Loved the video! ❤️
I enjoyed your style of boiling that tea! But why do you prefer that type?
It's coffee, and just what I felt like that particular day!
how to join ??
Do you necessarily have to have experience as a teacher in the states or anywhere else to be placed in the sector of teaching for peace corps ?
Not necessarily! But having some professional experience to draw from is definitely useful.
I'll be departing in May as an education volunteer in Liberia, and I've loved your videos! What camera equipment did you bring with you?

How can apply for job
You can be a volunteer if you're an american, just google "Peace Corps"
This is awesome! I'm a PCV in Rwanda. What do you use to edit your videos?
I use Premier Pro. Are you a photographer/videographer as well?
@@ColtBradley I just started dabbling in videography recently. Nowhere near your level haha.

Can an indian join the community and do the volunteering ??
The Peace Corps is specifically a program for US Citizens, but perhaps India has a similar program!
Are you usually by yourself when volunteering or do you go to villages as a group?
We're almost always sent to the village alone. Rarely people might be sent with one other person or might have people placed near by
