Sickest 1 Handed Halo definitely Issei, especially back then when he was doing insane Power Moves. Priceless tips here though! What would be a good number of normal Halos to aim for to be able to hit 2 One Handed Halos? Would 3 or 4 be sufficient? 1 One-Handed Halo is pretty easy but 2 onwards is hell 💀

if 2 one handed halo are your limit, you will see the second one lose a form and speed if used in battle. So I recommend 10 normal halos to unlock 4-5 one handed halo's, therefor creating the opportunity for you do execute 2 clean one handed halos in battle.
