We had a ton of fun playing this game, so if you all liked it, what categories should we try Smash or Pass with next????
When it rolls around, maybe different types of Valentine's candies/treats?
tv show/movie soundtracks!
Halloween sweets!!
Board games!
Tropes! Like enemies to lovers, good vs evil, stuff like that.
Love how Thomas’ first reaction was just “chocolate :3”
It's reason enough to like anything
Chocolate :3
Same pfp @feral_pigeon
Thomas is just anna from frozen
@@ThomasSandersTRUTH
“Thomas you put it in here” really got me
I'VE ALWAYS HEARD OF IT BUT NEVER SEEN IT
Thomas: ‘Can we add apple pie?’
Quil: ‘It’s your video.’
Lol.
“I don’t know what’s in that meat-“ living for Thomas’ hatred and seeming rivalry with British foods
I also JUST finished a run of Sweeney Todd, so I'm gonna be pretty skittish around meat pies...
The funniest part of that is that mince meat is more of a fruit pie (which is absolutely misleading) and sometimes doesn't have meat at all.
@@ThomasSandersSAME. That musical makes you not trust meat pies at all
@@ThomasSandersI came to see that!!
@@hilary3219 we TALKED about calling things one thing when they're actually another!!
I nearly screamed when they got passed off at Yorkshire pudding😂😂
I NOW NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT IS
@@ThomasSanders its usually filled with like gravy or bread and stuff, but ive never met anyone who eats it the same way as anyone else. also i dont think mince pies have meat, but the fellow brits may have to confirm on that.
It's like savour pancake taste that you have with a roast dinner
It's called a pudding bc us British call spongy-ish breads that you would usually have as desert
Its so good you really need to try it!!
To be fair, when you get offered a pudding, as a Brit…
you never know if you’re gonna get the most savoury bread-like meal ever or the sweetest sugariest concoction ever-
(Yorkshire puddings are basically soft sweet bread lol)
as an (ex) brit, i would like to say that mince meat pies don't actually have mince meat in them, it's just dried fruit and spices (they're also super good and they're one of the only parts of living in britain i miss)
WHAT?? I.... learned something new today...
Why is the word meat in their name, then?? Britain knows only lies!
I got really confused when they said Minced Meat - it’s just a mince pie! Especially good after warming it up in the microwave with ice cream…
So... similar to fruit cake? Better than?
Really? The mince meat pies my Grandma makes have meat in them... Strange.
As a British person FROM YORKSHIRE, I am screaming that Yorkshire puddings got passed. Best part of a Sunday Roast. They’re made with the same batter as pancakes (crepes for the Americans) just oven baked instead. And they are SO GOOD.
Thank you. Also exactly the same. They are the best part of any Sunday roast
they're also great as a pudding if you put golden syrup on them
okay that sounds really good, but follow-up question: what is y'alls definition of pudding? because that still sounds like bread/cake and distinctly NOT pudding (i'm from the US)
@@anothergeekychannel8384 as far as I can tell from googling and general knowledge, it is steamed, baked or boiled, so that it is denser than a cake. Most of the time, it is sweet but It doesn’t have to be. What you call pudding, like the thing you eat after a main meal, we call dessert, but we also call it pudding, probably from American influences
As a Brit, I feel the need to explain that the word “pudding” is used for a lot of different things here, but usually it just means dessert. Also Yorkshire Puddings are made out of the same ingredients as pancakes and u have them with like roast dinners, they are so good!
As a Brit, can confirm, Yorkshire pudding is made with some kind of savoury pancake/crepe batter in a muffin tin with (usually) beef dripping (fat left over after cooking beef or steak). They’re absolutely delicious and are usually eaten as part of a larger meal :)
There’s a place in London (and maybe elsewhere) called Yorkshire Burrito. They use a flattened Yorkshire Pudding as the tortilla. It rocks!!! 🤤😋
@@robinhergert5470 Omg really?! I’m from up north so I wouldn’t know lol
Have you ever been to Redwood farm in cribs causeway they have an amazing Yorkshire Pudding there too
@@gangstagcjplay no, but it sounds good!
@@BluBerriePiesThey’re so good but absolutely huge! Two meals at least if not three!
Thomas has clearly not had enough Mexican food if he doesn’t know what tamales are. TAMALES THOMAS. TAMALES ARE AMAZING.
As a British person, it baffles me that American's have no idea what Yorkshire puddings are - you're MISSING OUTTT! 😭 Also, it's definitely not like bread... 😂 They're absolutely delicious and crispy and perfect to fill with gravy and enjoy a lil crispy gravy bowl. 🤤
2:11 The way you nod your head at the rolls like an excited child or puppy is literally so adorable and I love you so much 🥺🥺 I suddenly have the urge to protect you tbh 🥺
We gotta get Thomas and Dominic to try Yorkshire Puddings, and other British foods for that matter! 🫶
This!!
I can’t believe you passed a Yorkshire pudding! It’s the best part of a roast dinner!!!- it’s basically the ingredients for a pancake cooked in the oven so it’s a bowl like shape, it’s soft and tastes amazing with gravy 😅 but you can also make large ones and put your meal in it as a dish! :)
Thomas, I say this from the bottom of my heart...
PLEASE try a yorkshire pudding. PLEASE (you won't regret it)!!
This was a very fun vid!! Me and my sister watched it on our way to thanksgiving dinner!!
So glad you liked it!!! Hope you have a good dinner!
Thomas saying chocolate is a mood ( and I’m always wanting chocolate)
This was cute lol happy Thanksgiving Thomas and friends!

Okay but Thomas thinking you eat the corn husk of tamales is an epic Fail 😂
"Mince Meat Pies" "I don't know what's in them..." Spoken like a true theatre kid.
I just knew he was going to throw shade to cranberry sauce 😭
This was so wholesome, fun, and cute.❤ you and your friends talking about food. Happy Thanksgiving Thomas.😊🦃
Thomas: what is that????
Quip: Thomas. YOU PUT THIS ON HERE!!!!
Thomas Sandra's videos always make my darkest days a little brighter and when watching the videos it feels like getting a hot chocolate that you're mum makes you on a cold day when she sits you in front of the fireplace with a warm blanket
Omg.. thomas and i are like a tea.. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
Yorkshire Puddings are a staple of British roast cuisine, and are absolutely lovely.
Thank you, Thomas. Great video to start my day with
another great vid as always
So glad you enjoyed it!!
Never fails to make me smile!
Even as a Brit, I’m unsure if figgy pudding is for pudding but I think it is. Yorkshire pudding (when done right) is SO good it goes with the roast, and is savoury :)
YESSSSS, Thomas back at it again with an amazing video! (also Dom and Quill ofc
I will not except the slander of Yorkshire Pudding !!! Thank you and good day Sir
Thanks Thomas for making a video for us on thanksgiving your my favorite UA-camr😊😍
Watching this while helping my mom set up thanksgiving food
Most of these foods look so good and as a Spaniard I never tried any. 😭 Thanksgiving food looks amazing to me when I see it in movies and videos like this. 😋
I was looking away when the first seconds played. Thanks for the image.
This made my morning!! Great to see the different food taste and you guys not knowing certain foods despite Thomas literally adding them in XD. Thanks for this Thomas!
watching Thomas able to fangirl over specific foods is so cute 😂💜
*fanboy. He's not a girl and does go by she/her pronouns
@@magicpotion7252i use fangirl as a neutral term :)
This was fun. Now I wanna see y’all do Halloween candies!! I need to know!!
As a British person, the fact that Quil described Yorkshire pudding as “bread” is…strangely accurate now I think about it.
Try it though, Thomas. Do it.
i love it happy holidays THOMAS SANDERS❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍
I'm British and the mincepies shown in the video are pastry cases filled with sweet mincemeat that's made from a mixture of dried fruits, sugar, spices, and brandy and covered with a pastry top, which can either be a full top or a star, they are delicious as my nan does make the best mincepies.
Christmas Pudding is traditional in the UK which is made from breadcrumbs, dried fruit and other ingredients including brandy and if you are lucky, you may find a 20p hidden inside your piece, just like mincepies, my nan makes the best Christmas pudding as well as Christmas cake which is made put of dried fruit similar to the Christmas pudding but topped with marzipan icing which again my nan makes the best one
I love this fun idea😍
The thing with the puddings is that American pudding isn't pudding as the word originally meant. American pudding is closer to a custard than an actual British pudding. A traditional pudding is a savory or sweet dish that's made by boiling or steaming it in a container of some sort. That's why so many of them seem like bread. A lot of traditional puddings are also made from leftover stale bread as their base.
Love this Thomas 😂
Oh baby, we gotta get you some Tamales 🤣
Brit here, kind of offended that they passed on the yorkies tbh, top tier star of the show right there for my family (especially if it's homemade!)
Also the concepts of pumpkin pie and warm cider hurt me deeply in my soul, those both sound absolutely revolting but i'm glad y'all are having fun! 😂😂
I'M LOVING THIS!!!
THOMAS IS SUCH A MOOD WITH THE SWEET POTATO/YAM XD literally laughed out loud
I love the fact that you made a Christmas video on Thanksgiving
the fact that thomas is the one who created the slides yet seems to have no recognization of any of them at all is a complete mood, that's something I would do is make something and a few hours or a day or two later forget it even existed.
I love food sm
I love how he posted this ON thanksgiving
Love it... And now I'm hungry😅
Hahaha that was fun to watch. Please try pumpkin pie again it's so good!
Now this is a smash or pass I would play. I love food
calling yorkshire puddings ‘bread’ really tickled my crumpets
we have tamales every christmas eve! i love them so much especially with the olive tradition!
Somebody get this man some homemade tamales IMMEDIATELY with green salsa!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving hope you all have a safe, joyus, and loving Thanksgiving 😊💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Oh my goodness! His little tiny beard🥹 I'm so used to see him in his vine years
Thomas's giggle cures depression
pudding is. like. more of a texture than anything? dense. good. often sweet
Thomas! Omg... You **need** to try pumpkin pie again. I'll admit the crust is a hit or miss but the filling itself is to die for if done right. I almost cried when you passed it... 😢 I love your videos and hope you had an amazing thanksgiving! ❤
stuffing is the reason i can put up with my family at thanksgiving
Yorkshire pudding is so good though and I'm not even British! You have it with gravy or if your me, by itself. It's a much different texture then bread. It's like if a pudding was solid. I don't know how else to describe it.
I miss your old vines, but now Tik Tok is new, please do that! ❤
Love that Thomas had no idea what some of the things he put on the list were
Yorkshire Puddings are Shoux pastry (So the pastry eclairs are made) and the mince pies are a spiced sauce with raisins, sometimes orange peels, Apple, Suet (Animal fat), brown sugar, currants and that’s it, the suet melts down and basically acts as a stabiliser and it’s all really tasty!!
2:18 american with a very british family here, mince pies are more or less just a mini fruit tart with chopped fruit and spices, and they're really good! It's called mincemeat because it originally had meat in it, but modern mince pies don't. They're sweet but not too sweet, and imo the perfect christmas treat
Love your vids
So glad you do!!
SOMEONE NEEDS TO SEND THIS MAN TAMLES SAT! There so good!😋
Hello, I'm a fan and a subscriber! I just wanted to tell you that you look great 😄
My mom always takes mast of the leftovers like mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, turcky, and stuffing and bakes them into a pie the next day. It's really good.
Wow I really don't like thanksgiving food do I? This was fun to watch though!
Saying that yorkshire pudding is basically bread is such an unimaginable disservice to bread I am SPEECHLESS
FIGGY PUDDING???
passing on yorkshire puddings is a straight up crime
Pudding for British people essentially means dessert, that’s why they were bread
The disrespect of yorkshire pudding, I can NOT! It's so much better than a roll and not as heavy either it's super light and amazing in gravy or by itself
Yorkshire Pudding's closest American equivalent is just a Popover (fancy bread roll).
When you got to Yorkshire pudding my mind IMMEDIATELY went to “The Slow Invasion” episode from season six of Doctor Who, (nuwho) and I was a little surprised that you didn’t have a clue what it was (admittedly I only know about it from that episode so I was actually caught off guard when I saw the little cakes, I’m American), but Dominic saying it sounds British made me grin
Yorkshire pudding slander! Brit here - take your yorkie pud, pour gravy into it's centre hole, and then cut it apart and eat it. It tastes so good!!
Yorkshire pudding can be combined with sausages to make toad in the hole, which is just a giant Yorkshire pudding with sausages in it's centre holes. Literally the best food ever. It's usually eaten with gravy and a side of mash, but I prefer fries over mash, and like to include broccoli as well (y'know, so that I can at least pretend I'm healthy).
Happy snacking!
My and my family take the leftovers and make a quesadilla, with like, ham or turkey, cranberry sauce. It so good.
Yorkshire pudding is so good tho. They're like little breads bowls of crispy fluffy goodness. (Also mince pies don't have actually mince meat in them. It's a spiced fruit pie)
shanking a friend with a candy cane was a holiday tradition.
0:02 "that sounds.. kinky" IM CRYING
"Thomas YOU put this on here" "Idk what it is though-"
Thomas, you have GOT to have a Momo's tamales. Legitimately life changing soul food.
dominic’s got the right idea with candy canes makeshift weapon 😈😂
oh I love this !! I'll eat the jellied cranberry sauce, Thomas, and you can have all the stuffing your heart desires XD
I was just watching Thomas !
I'm sure you've been told, but in England pudding means dessert. Actually made a figgy pudding last year, really tasty!
Hi, I’m British. Yeah a lot of our savoury foods are called puddings, it’s just sort of a thing over here, I think it has something to do with when you eat it and what it eat it with (my other British Thomas Sanders fans please elaborate if possible).
