We East Africans have borrowed alot of Indian culture (cuisine). Chai (tea), Chapati, samosa, pilau, bhaggia etc. Only we have ended up changing slightly the original method. Our great grand parents learnt and it was passed down. My grandmother made big thick Chapati, very soft and tasty after cooking one at a time. I guess coz they learnt directly from the Indian people who migrated to Kenya.
Being Indian i have so much love and respect for African food... I really want to try Original African dishes so bad 😢 idk why but i am sure I would definitely love them❤❤
you Indians are here in kenya so coz of you we singh feeling ashamed . Coz you peoples are using too much chillies , many more papers. Which you peoples are adding in your boga . So coz of u Kenyans asking from us even why you using too much chilli's in foods ...
Shyamlal Sahu Dongargarh Chhattisgarh India,My dear Sister, I think preparation of food both are same in India and Africa . lively blog.what a delicious food. God bless you and your family. We are waiting your next vlog. See you.
Dosha, it's so satisfying to see you cooking and serving food with so much love. The vegetable looked like Indian Pumpkin. the way you rolled & prepared the chapati had layers, we call it Laccha Paratha in India. And your stuffed chapati has many variations in India. We have Potato stuffed Bread, Cauliflower stuffed Bread, Fenugreek Leaves or Methi Paratha, Cabbage Paratha, Cottage Cheese or Paneer Paratha, Masala Paratha and so on. Paratha is the Hindi word for oiled chapati or Bread/Roti. Your style of cooking is quite similar with Indian style of cooking. Love from India ❤️ Rinku
