Also I know on the brushe Slash 4x4 there is a piece of fome in the battery trey and where the stock battery wire comes out its ment for the middle wich makes it hard to wedge my Lipo battery in. I was just wondering if u took the fome piece out or/and changed out where the wire comes out of the battery trey. (Sorry if i described it bad)

I have a slash 4x4 also, running the 4 pole valeneon motor and esc on 3s with big tires but I cant even drive but for maybe 10 minutes at the most before it over heats. Pretty sure the pinion gear is too big being as it's an 18/50. Just ordered a 12-16 tooth pinion gear set, hoping that will work. I literally FOUND a slash 4x4 and a ruckus ecx 2x4 along with two 3s lipo batteries, 2 nmhi batteries a spare set of tires and a bag full of replacement parts and pieces including a brand new spare valeneon motor and esc combo and a metal roll cage for the slash and 2 transmitters, IN THE DUMPSTER!!!! even found a nmh battery charger with it all also lol only money I have in all of it is some xt90 connectors, and a different TQI transmitter and a charger for the lipos.. I literally accidentally found a new hobby haha

So the motor is just the stock traxxas 3s motor with hobbywing esc, I would probably add more fans just in case but I didnt have any overheating issues yet, I haven't tried it on summer days either

That 4s lipo is pretty long so I took out the foam pieces but with 3s I would use the foam

Always wanted to have a high-end RC like one of these for off-roading but always so expensive but maybe in the future.

You need a SC proline flotek bash armour body. Looks awesome, doesn't parachute and takes a beating. Looks mint too 👍🏼 expensive but worth it

Both trucks are great, I would use the slash for the track and senton more for bashing. Senton is a little more durable out of the box

The stock gearing is 13/54 and seems to be fine so far with big tires. Thats awesome that you found all those things 😁😁

How hot the motor run?
I try taking breaks between runs, I haven't checked the temp with a temp gun yet but I wouldn't recommend running 4s a long time
Are you still running a plastic spur in that on 4s its a wheelie machine does it have a wheelie bar onit aswll
