14:10 It's not highly possible. It's confirmed by the movie itself. Right before they save the people in the burning building, Mirage calls Bob "the fat guy." Later when they evade arrest, Mirage is asked by one of the henchmen if she wants to switch targets to which she agrees. Not to mention that Bob later finds out that Syndrome knew Frozone's location while gaining computer access on his private island.
The biggest mistery to me is how exactly did the government lose track on all those superheroes while they were being lured by Sindrome to his island? Operation Kronos should have taken many years to be properly executed and some of the heroes like Gamma Jack were under the survillance of the government. PD: Now I wonder, what happened to super villains after the ban of supes?
The government lost track of them because not every supe shared his secret identity with NSA. About supervillains - I think it's one of the biggest plot holes for the movie, because unless someone was silently assassinating every villain in USA, the lack of supes would cause the rise of crimes with superpowers, and some morally ambiguous supes like Gamma Jack would possibly switch teams.
Kinda harsh seeing this I guess when we were children we never thought about the deaths and just thought about the main story but let’s be honest when you think about it, they somewhere had parents and they never knew that she died.

I recently re-watch a deleted Incredibles 2 scene that was a memorial for Gazerbeam, it was really good, and I think they should have kept it, relaxed and somber moments is what made the first Incredibles so great, it felt real, it knew when to relax and take in the atmosphere after an action-packed sequence. It only seemed natural that everyone would come together to mourn and reflect on the supers that were lost during Syndrome's spree of terror. Stuff like that honestly makes me want an Incredibles prequel, going over the glory days of the supers, maybe we could see some of Mr. Incredible's and Bomb Voyage's previous encounters. Or heck, even an Incredibles series that takes place before the events of the first film. How cool would that be? I only ask that they take their time, they'll hit it out of the park.
