Well I thought this was wonderful. Blue rondo has always been a big favorite of mine so I was pretty leery about hearing it done by an orchestra. But the arrangement was fun and I particularly dig how the orchestra members were grooving to the ad libs. Just happiness. Congratulations from beautiful Southern California 👍

Not bad, and I'll give it the nod, but I think a smaller orchestra (including a subset of this one) would be better for rendering this composition, to get a crisper sound (like you get in the parts of this video in which only a few instruments are playing).

Das ist... fantastisch. Es klappert hie und da, ist halt keine Big Band. Aber die musikalischen Ideen, die transkulturelle Ausbreitung der ursprünglichen Inspiration, die Öffnung der klassisch geprägten Musiker, ein großartiges Projekt und an dieser Stelle - meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach - gelungen.
