- This is a simple video showing the Z400 exhaust before and after install. Startup with sound at the end. Like always, thanks for watching and consider giving the video a like and subscribe to my channel.
MEAN!!!! That is one of the nicest Z’s I have seen!!! Super clean.
Thanks man! Still a little more to go.
Very grateful for this video ,Thanks …. Love the LTZ400!
Loving the exhaust, like stated it was worth the wait.
What’s Christy’s channel? Looking to get the install video on this.
She hasn't even made that video yet.
Her channel is Countryside Krystal
i would recommend you put some heat shield foil on that coolant pipe next to the header ! greatly improves cooling capacity specially if you have a modded exhaust !
Good idea, I might do that. It hasn't been an issue but could at some point.
Clean Z man. Lovw the first gens. Just curious how yall like the +3 A arms?
So far they are great, no problems trail riding or anything. She says it handles better also.
Do you need longer shocks for the +3 A arms?
@@ashleyrasset1635 no you don't, these are standard travel meaning the shock location is the same, the arm itself is just longer.
Love that exhaust
Pete Hager has one on his raptor 👌
I’ve got a Big gun Evo R on my arctic cat DVX 400 it’s super loud my Quad brothers complain 😂👍
Just tell them it's so they can fund you after you pull away. Lol
@@SeanMooreFilms 😂🤣👍
Ltz are know for burning the plastics when you get a new pipe so I would like carve it out a little on both sides so it don’t burn
Yeah it's hit or miss, we've had a few z's and kfx's. This one hasn't melted at all but a yoshi pipe on a kfx melted the shit out of the rear and that's what we did. Was never really happy having to do that though.
Very nice
Thanks
Its very very clean, i just bought another z400, and going to town on it.
Keep uo the great work guys
They are great all around machines. Can't go wrong buying a Z. Thanks for the encouragement!
Where did u get the seat cover? And tires?
Seat covers we had done by thrill seekers. And we all have the Sedona bazooka tires. We really like them, they're cheap and last pretty well also.
@@SeanMooreFilms where do you find the thrill seekers seat?
Check out their website. You can design your cover using their website and order it. They actually didn't list any atv's when I originally looked so I called them and they were super cool.
@@SeanMooreFilms ok thank you
No problem, thanks for watching.
Where did you get the exhaust? And how long did you wait for it
We got it directly from Rossier, if I remember right it was around a month to get it in.
So it took a month for it too come?
Yeah, it is nice though. Worth the wait.
He said the z400 is not a very common machine people are buying for anymore. Different machine might be quicker.
@@SeanMooreFilms I was gonna buy one for my 400 ex I bet it’s real loud
So is this with stock carb/jets or was there some tuning to keep it from running lean?
We had done jetting beforehand, with the big K@N filter and the modified exhaust. It was rich before, with this on its pretty close to spot on. I don't remember the jet sizes just because they were changed so many times.
Ok! I've been looking at these exhausts for a while and stumbled upon your video. The thing sounds great!
It is way better in person honestly, we've had a bunch of different exhaust and this one is loud but with a low grunt tone to it. Not like a loud straight pipe noisemaker if you know what I mean?
That's exactly what I'm looking for, my current exhaust sounds alright but when is get into the high rpms it sounds pretty bad.
You would not be disappointed with this system, very well made too. We were skeptical because some other full pipes kits were cheaper but in the end it was money well spent.
