- I present to you the extremely nimble Sagittario 2, an Italian Jet that you should give a try in #warthunder
Sagittario 2 was and still is a pretty hard jet to balance right. It has great maneuverability with decent speed which basically allows it to yeet everything it sees in a downtier. Being a 9.0 jet Sagittario can face Su-25s and A-10s which make the life of this plane pretty hard. It doesn't help that Sagittario can't equip any secondary weapons and doesn't have armor-piercing belts to deal with Su-25s.
Great flight performance aside the guns are strange. Yes, they have great ballistics and bright tracers, but the problem is that they are not like any other cannon in the game. Because of that if you're not used to leading with them - you'll miss like me :)
The damage feels extra strange too. It's a 30mm HE round which I would expect to demolish enemy aircraft - but strangely enough it does pretty lackluster damage.

Problem with 9.0 and 9.3 (Ariete) is uptier into 9.7, 10,0 and especially 10.3 for the Ariete
In the downtier its easy mode so it balances out

@@testpilot.except that due to the insane premium spam at 10.3 there's no such thing as a downtier at 9.3
This perfectly sums up every match i have in this monster, regardless of enemy. Be it f4c phantom or Saab j35 draken, this machine dominates. And that's not even a downtier.
Note: the 30mm are too good

In the current match making this monster just lost its glory after getting BR change to 9.3.. Where everyone just tries to missile you down if its enemy or teammates just steal your kill with missiles, while trying to shoot the enemy. Guns also in this thing got little bit less effective than previously. Feels frustrating flying this bird.

The ballistics are very strange. I often miss easy shots too just because I’m not used to such high velocity.
