I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX on the hard key panel to the far right. Radio text information must be broadcast by the radio station in order to be shown on the in-dash receiver. Some radio stations broadcast this information, and others do not. If there is no radio text information, the receiver will typically display no data. Try some different radio stations in your area to see if some are broadcasting the data. There is no adjustment to make on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX that will display radio text information. It will automatically display the available information being send from the radio station. During the receiver installation, I recommend to run the USB extension cable up into the vehicle's passenger compartment in a place that is out of the way and easy to access by the driver. Radio text information must be broadcast by the radio station in order to be shown on the in-dash receiver. Some radio stations broadcast this information, and others do not. If there is no radio text information, the receiver will typically display no data. Try some different radio stations in your area to see if some are broadcasting the data. There is no adjustment to make on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX that will display radio text information. It will automatically display the available information being send from the radio station. @@kippywylie In order to use Android Auto on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX, the phone must be plugged into the USB port on the rear of in-dash receiver. The receiver includes a USB extension cable. During the receiver installation, I recommend to run the USB extension cable up into the vehicle's passenger compartment in a place that is out of the way and easy to access by the driver. You can plug in your Android phone to the USB extension cable. The USB cable is type - A. You may need an adapter to plug into your Android phone. When the phone is plugged in through USB, the phone will charge.
