@@Hagurmerthope not, it’s long ranged, idk but I think that should have some effect since they are usually more valuable, 5 should be the mid between one and two cycles
@@rachavinvitayakovit1408it looks to be same range (or maybe +0.5), same damage, same HP, a bit of additional shield (like guards or slightly tankier) explosion damage with about 1.5 zap damage (exactly enough to kill minions) and quite a big knock back, something like 3 tiles or so

Wizard finally meta after 7 years?
Not gonna lie, this one seems balanced. The shield is definitely going to be useful against spells like fireball, rocket, lightning (if you block with 2 other tanks then it woulf survive lightning). Also the shield explosion just doesn't seem too useful. This will however put great effect on cycle decks but in the current beatdown meta, it doesn't seem to be useful enough. Let's see what happens, my predictions are usually wrong lol
That shield can stall big pushes by like 3 tiles dude, it’ll be useful
@@AE_15x For 5 elixir? Tell me when would you put a wizard on top of a golem push? I can understand a normal baity push like goblins and skeletons but I already mentioned that. The radius is too low to affect anything if the wizard is placed at the back.

Yeah... seems like the wizard does the same damage as normal and the explosion damage is about 1.5 zaps (not arrows or 2 zap damage, just enough damage to kill minions) and also no extra HP I think so it looks somewhat balanced? The wizard is gonna become the new little prince, same defensive plays
We'll also have to see if the knock back effect applied to heavy units like giants, golem, mega knight etc
I still don't see how good it will be, mostly a defensive card it looks to be. Doesn't have the same versatility as a bomber for example
