Everything, you really made it simple and straight to the point... I’m being induced next Wednesday and your newborn morning routine is the first routine that I feel like best suits my lifestyle... I’ll add prayer time and my devotional as well as writing in my prayer journal, just to make sure my spirit is being feed too... I will give you an update on how it worked out for me... I LOVE that you actually have clips of him crying. Most of these videos they don’t put any sound when the baby is fussy or crying. Thank you for being realistic!!

I love how you spend your morning with Rowan. Having a baby must make people somewhat more morning people. I also think it’s funny how he can’t keep his binky in his mouth silly little guy

Okay….I loved this inside look at postpartum life. I have been going crazy trying to go back to “normal” without a baby (3 month baby and a working momma). I know I’m crazy! But thank you so much for sharing this moment of your life. It’s so refreshing seeing that I can take it slow and it’s okay not to get to everything done right away so our bodies can heal nicely. So encouraging.

My favorite part of my morning routine is when baby boy is super active right after I wake up. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant so baby isn’t here yet, but I sure am ready!!!❤️

Awww those are the best! 37 weeks and the kicks keep changing and gets stronger, every part from the flutters in the early weeks to that jab in the rib in later weeks are the best part of my not just morning but daily routine :)

Hi Megan great video! Totally relate to trying to stay awake while breast feeding is hard because it makes us tired naturally. He looks so big already. My son is only three weeks.

OH MYYYYY GOOOOOOOOSH!! Your baby is SO beautiful! What a sweet little creature. Also, it's so awesome that you rub his head and engage with him while he's nursing even though you're really tired. It's very important to touch and talk to the baby while you breastfeed. Helps so much with bonding and even builds the baby's confidence and overall wellbeing. Thank you for sharing this video!

Gosh I wish my newborn would nap by himself but the best we get is 45 mins swaddled and in the swing after he fights it for 5-10 minutes (so I am helping soothe him). My newborn never went to sleep easily during the day but would stay up for hours!!! So the only way he gets the day sleep he needs is through enforced naps in a swaddling body carry or on me in general!!! It would feel so amazing to have 2 hours of him sleeping on his own!!!
My boy is due in April and we've been calling him Rowan for pretty much the entire pregnancy since we found out the gender. 🥰

Lauren Lankford It was a STRUGGLE, let me tell you! He still fights it sometimes. We’ve been working with a sleep consultant which has helped a ton! It’s a lot of explain in a comment. Would you want to see a whole video on that?

Hi! I’m due in 2 weeks and we got rid of all my plants because of the fungus flies (broke my heart) I see you have the plants I had. How did you control the flies? I used the sticky paper and though it helped my husband was just over it so we’re going to try again when the spring comes. We didn’t want any problems with the baby and flies.
We use DIY apple cider vinegar traps and they work like a charm! You can Google them if you’re curious about how to make one!
that looked so easy! how old is he? our 7 week old takes so long to sooth back to sleep in the morning for the first nap that he ends up needing another feed all the time
I feed my almost 8 week old every 1.5-2.5 hrs during the day usually. He won’t nap away from me for more than 45 mins so his only long nap or two each day is on me or in the swaddling body carry!
I also have a wii, Xbox, and Switch
What is the name of the Velcro swaddle you’re using? Muslin swaddles haven’t been working for me and my newborn.

Rowan slept horribly for the first five months until we sleep trained him. Horribly. It was awful. Don’t give up!
How many weeks postpartum are you in this video?
when the kid is crying and you want to sleep give him to dad just sleep
