I think you need to go for B.Tech because VLSI companies have minimum eligibility as B.Tech.

In our campus their is no placement opportunities & we don't have exposed to licenced version Tool. Training institute r charging very high fees which is very tough to pay...

College should have access to some tools at least at M.Tech level for Physical Design.

I am in tier 3 college Mai btech 7th sem mai aa gya hu aaur vlsi ki taraf jaane ka soch raha hu par mtech karne mai thodi problem hai to btech se hi job kaise loon
Prepare Digital, Analog, IC design, Verilog, Aptitude and try for internships in service, product based Companies.
Also, If any electronica company visiting clg then this much knowledge would help you. Check with seniors about this part and choose language verilog/python/C accordingly.

They have some placement support but not as good as M.Tech so, I would strongly recommend to make account of linkedin.
Connect with alumnis and ongoing batch students of Maven silicon. Take feedback, ask about academics they teach, tools they provide for learning purposes and offer getting sufficient amount of reviews only join them.
Make sure that you are not connected with someone from their paid influencer team otherwise reviews would be biased.
You are going to put your money that's why I am suggesting to put your own research before spending.

That's what is the whole point of video.
Even if I do research and present then my ranking may not be same as someone else.
Someone will say it paid video.
Last ranked institute will say that it's paid video and these type of things.
So, I am suggesting to do own research because as a student you can't distinguish between truth and promotion.
Hence, You need to put your personal effort, talk with old students of respective institute( both,who got job and who didn't)
You will be putting your 30k+ money so need this much effort from your side.
Also, try for internships by self preparation. No need of any training institute even if you somehow get some internship. It will open your door to industry.
