Ground up bunch of trimmings. Making these Sunday. Do you think the hold has any positive effect on the final outcome? I could throw them in the alto for a couple hrs if it helps. CANT WAIT!

Maybe a 10-15 min hold/rest would be good, but I think these are best when fresh. Holding is specifically for large scale ops and service.
