Best and most consistent intro of any channel. This has become my favorite cooking channel since I discovered it a couple months ago
Thanks for the kind words!
I second that emotion.
Same here bro
Pm
100% concur!
I swear.....these videos are THE best part of my day! 😂
Your channel is so underrated. Not only do you make great food, but you make great smokers as well and you always have a friendly/positive attitude!
When I went to pick up my mini chud box, he had a 115 burning out. I couldn’t even tell it was running until I stood near the firebox and felt the heat. That’s a clean fire! Saving up for one. So much more impressive in person. The video doesn’t do it justice.
Your bbq smoker pits look absolutely amazing 👏
LMAO While my steak dry brines I'll go build a smoker to cook it on. I'm supposed to be shooting today but instead I'm binge watching your channel. Darn you! New biggest fan!
Really like how you built a grill over the firebox. Makes such good use of the space and allows you to cook multiple things multiple ways in same place. Not to mention great looking tomahawk!
Man that cooker is better than anything i've seen. Best of all worlds right there, love the rack system over the firebox. You the man chud.
Hahahahahahaha, same thoughts here and i'm a bench worker / welder as well 😮
Never cooked a tomahawk steak before. The day this video came out, my girl surprised me with a tomahawk steak! ❤️
Did I miss it? Where's the snake in my boot?!
Have no fear the snake has not left my boot, just hiding near the toe
Just made one of these. Smoked on the pit for two hours until 125, then finished it in the firebox. It was fan-taste-ic
This is the best channel ever for bbq/smoking. Bradley surprises me every time a new video comes out with his cooking knowledge. I have learned so much off of one channel. Keep up the fantastic work and can’t wait to order a 115.
12:21 "That's how a real pitmaster flosses, right there"
Love your show, info, sense of humor, camera work, and that charcoal side grill is kick ass. Nice work all the way around. May the fat cap be with you.
Loved the voice over around the 5 minute mark. You are a class act Mr. Robinson. 😁😁😁
I have been watching all episodes and must say that I just LOVE IT! As a backyard BBQ-er I have learned a lot from Chuds BBQ and am even considering building my own mini Chud BBQ with some small upgrades. Bradley, just love your presentation, easy explanation of how to grill/BBQ/Low&Slow all sorts of meat. I prefer watching your videos over binge watching Netflix ;-)
Thanks for watching!
Gotta love an awesome tomahawk ribeye cook with an added bonus welding demonstration!
a buddy of mine just gave me a Wagu Tomahawk. I can't wait to cook this thing. $122 for this thing here in Manitoba. It will be "Del-icious". Also had another buddy give me a 14lb brisket from their family farm.
Might just be my favorite video so far. The wife and i have stood there and ate whole meals off the smoker/grill while washing it down with a few ice cold beers. Keep up the good work.
Please forget to turn the mic on more often. The “sound effect” song was my favorite part!
Very cool multi use area above the firebox.
It's official, this fella knows what he's doin.....
Does this mean you retired your old smoker!? Some fajitas would be a fun video on that 115. A brisket flat, flank steak, chicken, shrimp, veggies on that side grill. Beef fat tortillas on the press. It would be a beautiful.
Got say you are goofy enough that makes me laugh and entertained. Loved it. Steak looked amazing. Great job
A week before Thanksgiving, and all I'm thinking about having for Thanksgiving is Tomahawk ribeye. Awesome stuff there! Keep on rockin! 🤘
No snake in your boot today? Lucky you, but I sure missed that one extra laugh. I consider it as a trademark like the Joshua Weissman B-Roll thing (and some other thins), the tiny whisk of Babish or Matty’s yelling 😂 Love your channel!
Lol right?!
When your vids from 2 years ago fire you got longevity
I enjoy watching your videos. The fact you have your family/friends make special appearances at the end. Lol your videos are funny as hell, educational and it looks amazing. Makes me want to try a Miller lite 😂💀
I love you and we are going to smoke two hawks tomorrow! thanks for your video brother!
That water pan bracket is amazing!!!
I noticed you don’t have any opening on the sides of the grill on your Firebox. In other chudpits I saw you had a banner of strechmetal along the bottom, I assume for airflow. You think it’s better to keep it closed and have a raised grate to put the coals on? Greetings from Netherlands
Yeah with this open design the extra airflow wasn’t necessary and we were losing more heat, the new design keeps the heat more directional
I’m glad Penelope got a taste!
This dude is SOOO COMICAL....LOVE YOUR CHANNEL
Omg my mouth is watering can you list the ingredients please thank you ☺️ I love this soooo mucho !!
My new faves you are awesome just found you on youtube, third shift worker, keep on grilling and smoking
Damn man just ran into this channel and love your content man! So much knowledge and tasty looking food!
Props chud!!! You can weld & you have a mag-drill… I love 2 smoke/bbq & I’m a structural Ironworker.
Love your channel & I’ve learned a ton from you!
Need a video on the deep fryer
The dog jumping into frame while you're trying to show the close-up 🤣🤣🤣
There’s a st-st-st-STEAK in my boot!
The best cooking show on You Tube
Bro….I tried this version tonight and OMG it was amazing. I used toasted sesame seed oil and the flavor was amazing.
love the pinthouse shirt at the end!
Wow that oil REALLY made that grill look awesome
Liked the smoker you used
That pit is BAD ASS!!! I need one just like it!
Bro That Smoker is Everything...
I need that in my life 😩 😅
Popping the Beer @ 14:22 completes this amazing meal!
For the grilling part that’s over the fire box, would you consider a removable steel sheet/ pan with 1/4 lip all around to aid in cleanup of ashes?
I'm jealous of your beard and cooking! Great video!
Logo looks awesome! Best BBQ channel online.
My mans casually building a smoker for a cook 😮👏
the fuggin bromance was epic
I just happened to have truffle oil in my pantry, so I tried it on a ribeye grilled over fire. Holy balls, it was delicious.
You not spilling any charcoal when dumping it into the chimney made me slightly uncomfortable 😂
Bro you got the best videos! Thanks about to put mine on now!
Surprised you only have 255k subs...You have great commentary and delicious recipes. I AM definitely going to try some of your recipes one day. What a crime you should at the very least be at 500k imo.
Damn that steak looked good! The potatoes and bacon/brussel's were good too but the steak looked fantastic! Going to try the reverse sear method next time I cook one. Excellent video as always and the 115 gallon smoker was a good choice for the video!
GDaim'n... The first video I watched was the brisket you did with some tricks and tips. Emediatly subbed and now I see what you really do.
You build your own offset smokers and more, I think it's awesome what you do!
Good content and entertainment. I own a offset smoker to and going to do heck more than just spareribs, moinkballs, whole chicken or wings on that thing. Only thing here in the Netherlands is that beef is so expensive that we should be thinking of taking a second morgidge...
Keep doing what you do and I start to Binge your videos from now 🤤👍
Absolute master class
That’s basically everything I would want in an offset smoker.
gazzzz !!! finally ! I said the same thing when I upgraded. was speding as much time cleaning the welds as welding !
This looks amazing!! Thank you for the videos!! Keep kicking butt brother!!! Keep posting!
Another quality video, always entertaining. Great job and the food looks killer.keep it up bro
The hug was hilarious 🤣🤣
Awesome! Love you smoker!!!
I love a big, 2 lb. rib steak. What is the purpose, other than aesthetics, to keep ( and pay extra for) the bone?
There is a cut called Thors Hammer. It’s a slow smoked beef shin. I’d like to see you cook those too!
Love this video. Watched it four times.
Love your channel, before i knew it I already watched like 20 videos the other day. Hopefully I get to order one of your smokers. What deep fryer where you using?
can you do a video on some of the off cuts of meat or the cuts we dont use as often? We are considering buying a whole cow for the deep freezer to save on money but I want to make sure I can use it all. I also dont just want straight Ground beef from all the different parts. the Oxtail video was great for that.
Buenísimo.!!!! Lindo canal para aprender sobre asados gringos!!!
That 115 though… cannot wait for you guys to ship to Arizona!
I stumbled across this channel and i swear i thought it said 2.8 million subscribers 😂 way to underrated... keep up the great work!
My dig usually gets the bone lol. But I'm interested to see what you can do with it.
If I had to choose a last meal, his would be it.
Looks good like always! Now I’m hungry!
Mouth Watering watch you eat that steak. Can't wait to cook mine this weekend
Chuds, love your videos, man...
Love the channel
Love my Steaks Well Done...It taste better to me...If I am paying for my Steak I want it Well Done to my taste not the other way around!!!
i love that you're cooking on your smoker in your driveway
Your Grills have Chicken Legs!!!! Love ya!!
I made this last night on the Weber Kettle and it was excellent!!!!!!!
Love the video. Can’t wait to get my 115 and mini chud!
Can you please do a video on how to smoke in a propane dyna glo smoker thank you
I enjoy your channel so much, I look forward to every one of your videos, thank you
Hahah dude love this vid dying laughing. Just wrapped an all day pork butt cook using knowledge I’ve gotten from your videos over the years. Cheers
Get this man on tv
Nice Video, Nice Steak, Nice Smoker, Nice Dog, Great job! Two Thumbs up.
That really truly looks awesome I am quite envious of the bearded butcher down there in Austin Texas and I do like your smokers not how I would do it but I do like yours
There’s more than one way to make a steak! They’re all good
Can you do a video on seasoning a new offset please? Before Wednesday would be ideal. Thanks. Love you
ha get that bad Larry as hot as you can (without warping any steel) then rub down the inside with any cooking oil (beef or pork fat is best) and the outside with boiled linseed oil. Ill make a vid one day
I only just realized when he says "Layers of flavor" he's doing an impression of Malcom Reed.
That right there, was beautiful bro
I know this has nothing to do with the video, but what was on buddies shirt at the end? The skulls with the P.
Any idea of how long it took to get the steak up to temp ? Plz and thank you !
Good to see you Carl.....
I always walk away learning something from this channel
I heard not to ad salt too long before coocking because it will dry the juices. How true is this?
Do you mind sharing the approximate material cost for your smoker? I've always considered making my own.
