Really like how you built a grill over the firebox. Makes such good use of the space and allows you to cook multiple things multiple ways in same place. Not to mention great looking tomahawk!
Love your show, info, sense of humor, camera work, and that charcoal side grill is kick ass. Nice work all the way around. May the fat cap be with you.
This is the best channel ever for bbq/smoking. Bradley surprises me every time a new video comes out with his cooking knowledge. I have learned so much off of one channel. Keep up the fantastic work and can’t wait to order a 115.
LMAO While my steak dry brines I'll go build a smoker to cook it on. I'm supposed to be shooting today but instead I'm binge watching your channel. Darn you! New biggest fan!
When I went to pick up my mini chud box, he had a 115 burning out. I couldn’t even tell it was running until I stood near the firebox and felt the heat. That’s a clean fire! Saving up for one. So much more impressive in person. The video doesn’t do it justice.
Might just be my favorite video so far. The wife and i have stood there and ate whole meals off the smoker/grill while washing it down with a few ice cold beers. Keep up the good work.
I have been watching all episodes and must say that I just LOVE IT! As a backyard BBQ-er I have learned a lot from Chuds BBQ and am even considering building my own mini Chud BBQ with some small upgrades. Bradley, just love your presentation, easy explanation of how to grill/BBQ/Low&Slow all sorts of meat. I prefer watching your videos over binge watching Netflix ;-)
I enjoy watching your videos. The fact you have your family/friends make special appearances at the end. Lol your videos are funny as hell, educational and it looks amazing. Makes me want to try a Miller lite 😂💀
Surprised you only have 255k subs...You have great commentary and delicious recipes. I AM definitely going to try some of your recipes one day. What a crime you should at the very least be at 500k imo.
a buddy of mine just gave me a Wagu Tomahawk. I can't wait to cook this thing. $122 for this thing here in Manitoba. It will be "Del-icious". Also had another buddy give me a 14lb brisket from their family farm.
GDaim'n... The first video I watched was the brisket you did with some tricks and tips. Emediatly subbed and now I see what you really do. You build your own offset smokers and more, I think it's awesome what you do! Good content and entertainment. I own a offset smoker to and going to do heck more than just spareribs, moinkballs, whole chicken or wings on that thing. Only thing here in the Netherlands is that beef is so expensive that we should be thinking of taking a second morgidge... Keep doing what you do and I start to Binge your videos from now 🤤👍
No snake in your boot today? Lucky you, but I sure missed that one extra laugh. I consider it as a trademark like the Joshua Weissman B-Roll thing (and some other thins), the tiny whisk of Babish or Matty’s yelling 😂 Love your channel!
I noticed you don’t have any opening on the sides of the grill on your Firebox. In other chudpits I saw you had a banner of strechmetal along the bottom, I assume for airflow. You think it’s better to keep it closed and have a raised grate to put the coals on? Greetings from Netherlands
Does this mean you retired your old smoker!? Some fajitas would be a fun video on that 115. A brisket flat, flank steak, chicken, shrimp, veggies on that side grill. Beef fat tortillas on the press. It would be a beautiful.
Love your channel, before i knew it I already watched like 20 videos the other day. Hopefully I get to order one of your smokers. What deep fryer where you using?
Damn that steak looked good! The potatoes and bacon/brussel's were good too but the steak looked fantastic! Going to try the reverse sear method next time I cook one. Excellent video as always and the 115 gallon smoker was a good choice for the video!
That really truly looks awesome I am quite envious of the bearded butcher down there in Austin Texas and I do like your smokers not how I would do it but I do like yours
Best and most consistent intro of any channel. This has become my favorite cooking channel since I discovered it a couple months ago
Thanks for the kind words!
I second that emotion.

Your bbq smoker pits look absolutely amazing 👏

Man that cooker is better than anything i've seen. Best of all worlds right there, love the rack system over the firebox. You the man chud.
Hahahahahahaha, same thoughts here and i'm a bench worker / welder as well 😮
Might just be my favorite video so far. The wife and i have stood there and ate whole meals off the smoker/grill while washing it down with a few ice cold beers. Keep up the good work.
Loved the voice over around the 5 minute mark. You are a class act Mr. Robinson. 😁😁😁

Gotta love an awesome tomahawk ribeye cook with an added bonus welding demonstration!
Got say you are goofy enough that makes me laugh and entertained. Loved it. Steak looked amazing. Great job
Never cooked a tomahawk steak before. The day this video came out, my girl surprised me with a tomahawk steak! ❤️
Just made one of these. Smoked on the pit for two hours until 125, then finished it in the firebox. It was fan-taste-ic
I'm jealous of your beard and cooking! Great video!
12:21 "That's how a real pitmaster flosses, right there"

Have no fear the snake has not left my boot, just hiding near the toe
It's official, this fella knows what he's doin.....
Surprised you only have 255k subs...You have great commentary and delicious recipes. I AM definitely going to try some of your recipes one day. What a crime you should at the very least be at 500k imo.

I need that in my life 😩 😅
a buddy of mine just gave me a Wagu Tomahawk. I can't wait to cook this thing. $122 for this thing here in Manitoba. It will be "Del-icious". Also had another buddy give me a 14lb brisket from their family farm.

Liked the smoker you used
Another quality video, always entertaining. Great job and the food looks killer.keep it up bro
I noticed you don’t have any opening on the sides of the grill on your Firebox. In other chudpits I saw you had a banner of strechmetal along the bottom, I assume for airflow. You think it’s better to keep it closed and have a raised grate to put the coals on? Greetings from Netherlands
Yeah with this open design the extra airflow wasn’t necessary and we were losing more heat, the new design keeps the heat more directional
For the grilling part that’s over the fire box, would you consider a removable steel sheet/ pan with 1/4 lip all around to aid in cleanup of ashes?
love the pinthouse shirt at the end!
Please forget to turn the mic on more often. The “sound effect” song was my favorite part!
Bro….I tried this version tonight and OMG it was amazing. I used toasted sesame seed oil and the flavor was amazing.
Does this mean you retired your old smoker!? Some fajitas would be a fun video on that 115. A brisket flat, flank steak, chicken, shrimp, veggies on that side grill. Beef fat tortillas on the press. It would be a beautiful.
gazzzz !!! finally ! I said the same thing when I upgraded. was speding as much time cleaning the welds as welding !

I enjoy your channel so much, I look forward to every one of your videos, thank you
When your vids from 2 years ago fire you got longevity
That’s basically everything I would want in an offset smoker.

Mouth Watering watch you eat that steak. Can't wait to cook mine this weekend
I love a big, 2 lb. rib steak. What is the purpose, other than aesthetics, to keep ( and pay extra for) the bone?
the fuggin bromance was epic
Hey Chud,
Always love your videos. I was curious what your meat grinder is and it doesn't look like the Cabela's link is working anymore. thanks!
Any idea of how long it took to get the steak up to temp ? Plz and thank you !
How long did it take to get to 120 internal temp
Looking for this answer lol
Do you mind sharing the approximate material cost for your smoker? I've always considered making my own.
Your Grills have Chicken Legs!!!! Love ya!!
I just happened to have truffle oil in my pantry, so I tried it on a ribeye grilled over fire. Holy balls, it was delicious.

How long did you let it rest before searing it??? Please help.
7:43 Where can I buy this grill ?!?!
Absolute master class
Maybe I missed it but how long did you let it rest before searing it? 15-30 minutes or so?
That really truly looks awesome I am quite envious of the bearded butcher down there in Austin Texas and I do like your smokers not how I would do it but I do like yours
There’s more than one way to make a steak! They’re all good
My mans casually building a smoker for a cook 😮👏
I heard not to ad salt too long before coocking because it will dry the juices. How true is this?
Good to see you Carl.....
