Exactly. They need to understand. You are allowed to respond to the juggernaut and try to stop them or try to be harsher to them. Removing it shows they actually messed up on the FIA Side
I'm not the biggest Hamilton fan but the stewards have been seriously inconsistent this year!
Not all stewards, just Mika Salo. He's always been a jumped up idiot and on this occasion he probably just wanted a Finnish driver to win for once.
@@andyl971 bwah bwah!!! Cry more
@Jordy L Oh totally rules should be rules but the stewards seem to be shooting from the hip each weekend with their interpretation. Do you not think that the enforcement of track limits has been super inconsistent this season? The white line is supposed to define the edge of the track; some weekends we're seeing lap times deleted in quali for this and other weekends they allow all four wheels to go beyond the kerb without any reprimand.
@Jordy L 19.1 Practice starts may only be carried out on the right-hand side after the pit exit lights and, for the
avoidance of doubt, this includes any time the pit exit is open for the race.
Drivers must leave adequate room on their left for another driver to pass. yes rules are rules, but he was complying within the rules, there was no area designated to be able to practice starts other than after the pit exit lights.
@@Djiony23 exactly super ambiguous rule, then they pretend it was very specific only after they decided where ether exact spot is after the fact.
Two unusual penalties in the last 3 races, it's very heavy
unusual circumstances, not penalties, penalties were by the book, what was kind of odd was the pit lane closure due to marshals deciding to push the car to pit lane and not behind the fence, it seemed there was plenty room there had they moved their picnic table out of the way
and you usually make practice starts in designated places only, discussed before hand, not anywhere on the track right hand side, the rule wasn't vague, their interpretation was too free minded
they are getting sloppy due to the success and no one being able to challenge them, that is what is going on, on top of the whole pandemic situation which most certainly is adding to the strain they are under
@Nihar Bendre If that was for the Marshals' safety, how come today they only used a virtual safety car and Marshals had to run on the track to replace those smashed boards??? Its because in this case the SC would have saved Hamilton's race. In the other case, the Safety car was to wipe off LH's 17 sec lead.

Calvin Chann so exactly what was wrong here? What did the FIA do wrong? The rule LH broke twice was in the race director notes. So he has to be punished, if they didn’t, people would break more rules, or accuse them of favouritism. Mercedes made a mistake, it’s not the FIA’s fault.

And this is why they're the best at the moment. Guided by a true leader.
If the fia were trying to stop him I believe they would have started earlier. It's not smart to try when he's 1 win away. However they saw an opportunity to spice up f1 and they took it unfortunately at Lewis's expense.
If you read the talk taking place online, apparently there's a particular steward who is a Finn and former Ferrari driver. He leaked the "decision" about Lewis getting 2x 5-sec pens to a Finn broadcast before the race even started. He also allegedly was pushing for Lewis to get 2x 2-points (i.e. 4 points total and therefore banned for next race).
The Finn journalist who was reporting this is a former colleague of this particular steward and announced it as "Breaking News".
So the (FIA) couldn't necessarily "start earlier" because the driver stewards aren't the same people at every race.

Racing Point should protest it, as it seems that some non Ferrari teams are being victimized. Looking like a bit of a conflict of interest with all the ex Ferrari men running F1 & F.I.A.
I have been saying this since 2 years ago. Ferrari have been trying to manipulate how formula 1 is run. Look back at last season or the season before they were caught out for cheating and basically had to get called out for it by other teams but fia never penalised them one bit.
I agree 100%. For LH an off the race incident is penalized during the race. For Charles Leclerc an dangerous incident happens in the race and no penalty for him. Favoritisms.

Come on...Valtri only won because of the time penalties given to Lewis.
@ageofbogyo nope
@ageofbogyo if you said valteri let Hamilton pass him and then say that to Raikkonen let vettel win in 2017&2018 season. Because Ferrari and Mercedes team need to be focus on their 1st driver to make their driver win the championship. So stop your idiot comment.
Yeeeeeeeeep
I think Valteri won because of Saturday.
Calvin Chann no, only because of hamilton penalties
I have heard many people complained about Chandhok and has done so myself but he and Crofty are always calling something Hamilton does into question, he sat there asking Wolff about something which would've been a team decision ad, not Hamilton so it was a dumb question.. I hope Sky is given a warning about the biased reporting they should be absolutely neutral if you listen with an unbiased mind you would find they are too close and chummy with Red Bull and especially Horner, Chandhok too seems to always talk up Verstappen's results while he doesn't for any other driver... No good..
Chandhok doesn't even realise Sochi is in Europe :L
Crofty and chandhok's bias towards max oozes out from their mouths when they speak. Any opportunity to discredit Lewis is pounced on by both of them
They are actually trying to just stop him
marshallmarthes no
if i closed my eyes all i hear is a Arnold Schwarzeneger being interviewed
Lewis isn't imagining this crap it's been that way since he began in F1....
Lmao toto just chillin'
What makes it dangerous? Being well off the racing line, stopping then launching off? What makes it any different from spinning it, ending up off the racing line, stopping, then racing back up to racing speed? O well makes it even more tasty grabbing those records actually in Germany
Thought Rachel looked great today as usual .... lovely dress and heels.
There was a penalty reversal by the fIA.
Removed Hamilton's 2 Super License penalty points
He said he was going to impose fines on the Mercedes team.
That's fortunate.
Lewis our brother, you are bigger than this. it's this kind of disappointing behavior from FIA officials that makes you stronger, better, and unbeatably faster. it's a new dawn, so break all the records so we can cast your name in gold for future generation to see.
