I drink Leontyne Price’s bath water, figuratively speaking, but this is a mistake. . Price is no where near a Wagnerian. Nature did not design her voice to sing Isolde. She brings nothing to the aria. At this point she is now the world’s greatest living soprano. She’s allowed one mistake.
