1st step - spray kerosene oil on the wet mud mould to easily separate dry plaster from the mould later
2nd step - mix PoP in water and mix "really" well - takes time but no PoP lump be left. PoP mixture should be thinner like tomato sauce.
3rd step - apply 7 thin layer of PoP mixture (one after other) on the mud mould to avoid bubbles in the plaster after drying.
4th step - pour 2/3 inch PoP plaster.
5th step - use coconut hair/jute and dip in PoP mixture then gently press the PoP laden coconut hair/jute over the PoP mould such that the hair/jute disappears in the mould. This coconut hair/jute gives strength to the final dry mould.
5th step - Keep the mould to dry for atleast 48 hours or dry in a electric or fire furnace.
6th step - after drying, the mother PoP mould is ready to be removed from the mould.
Tip - work really fast since PoP starts to dry up as soon as mixed in water.
