It's not meant to sound "good", but to show the noises in the room without any sort of active noise cancellation. And yes, my wife has a handbag collection expansion strategy ready to discuss at a drop of a hat ;-)

I have an issue when I play a game, the sound is fine and then all of a sudden, only the right side had sound. It’s really annoying. Is there a special setup on the PlayStation for this or is it common issue with these headphones?
This seems like my almost perfect headset if it wasnt for the non-removable mic! I wouls get the V2 Pro 2023 but i heard the latency is worse on that, and it's heavier. What do you think?
I refunded the Blackshark v2 pro 2023 because of the buzz sound problem i did the Troubleshoot direction from Razersupport but nothing helped. i ordered the Blackshark v2 hyperspeed and now i giving razer a second chance hopefully its better. Nice vid

How do you get your mic to work on the headset with the ps5 because I bought the same headset and for some reason my mic won’t work I can hear everything but no one can hear me when I speak I have the input and output set to the headset but won’t work for some reason
They still work with my PS5 to this day. I do need to connect it with the USB wireless adapter (I cannot use Bluetooth with this headset on the PS5 - maybe that's what they're talking about?)
Thank you for this I been on the hunt to find a wireless headset with a good mic the Ps5 Wireless headset with mic sounds like your under water 👎😭 and it isn’t adjustable so you can’t make it tighter to your head or loose it just sits there. Unless I just didn’t look into more it wasn’t a good experience for me.

Hey, I've only paired it once - and if I recall correctly: 1. Plug in the USB cable first to the headset and PS5 2. Unplug the headset from the USB cable 3. Plug in the wireless adapter to the USB cable Then, it worked. I guess it's similar to pairing a new controller via USB cable. Hopefully that helps!
Hey, you can pick different preset EQs for what you hear, but you cannot set a custom EQ or a mic EQ without the Razer PC application. As far as I see, these options/app are not available on the PS5.

Hey, not sure if you're trying to pair it with bluetooth. If so, unfortunately that won't work, but the dongle it comes with will work with the PS5. Once you connect it to the USB port, it will allow the wireless connection between the PS5 and the headset.

I haven't tried the V2 pro. But, so far, I'm pretty happy with the V2 Hyperspeed!

So far, I haven't noticed any buzzing noises on mine to this day. Yeah unfortunately once in a while, there is a bad one that gets through.

You made a point about the difficulty muting the mic. Does the mute button on the PS5 controller not work with this headset?

If you unhook the dongle from the charger to charge the headset then plug it back into the dongle does it mess anything up?
Nope, I unplug the dongle when I want to use speakers, so it won't unpair, etc. if you unplug it
