Thanks for the awesome video! I loved how you showed using Python and AI to build a computer vision app. The part where it detects when you're drinking coffee and calculates how much water you need is super cool. The hand symbols for counting coffee cups were a nice touch too! Your guide on setting up a virtual environment and installing packages was really helpful. Also, the discussion about learning coding fundamentals and using AI for fun projects was inspiring. Great job!

Hey Tiff! I have someone whojust started as a coworker with myself who is deaf. I immediately thought of an idea of having a computer program teach me ASL by detecting the movements of my hands and determining if it is correct or not. Possible?
there is a small problom that i encounterd , the mediapipe packege is only working with python 3.10 or older vs, do you have any idea how to work with the newer versions?
i am having major issues getting mediapipe. I have been using chatgpt to help fix it but it is saying to install different things and it is not working. I always get this," × Encountered error while generating package metadata. ╰─> See above for output. note: This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip. hint: See above for details.' if anyone has had my issue or knows how to solve it please let me know

I am sorry but this hardly qualifies as automating life. I will be grateful if you can show something more practical like browser automation or popular tasks automation. Also running this application 24/7 is inconvenient. Maybe you can code an AI powered voice assistant? So he can execute commands without touching PC only using voice, search internet, open links, open files and so on. Or record sequence of actions and repeat them on demand. Elimination of boring, repetitive time-consuming tasks?

Give tkinter a try. Customtkinter is similar and looks a little more modern.

3.10 is older but is quite capable. My Mac AI/ML work is still on 3.9

Cursor is basically just vscode with extra ai features. The ui literally looks identical.
