  • In this video I made a screwdriver rack from scrap wood. It’s assembled without glue so the central part can be replaced at any time if your configuration of your screwdrivers will change.

    I will have to try this for my French cleat wall that is sadly lacking many tool holders! I like how you attached the 45 degree cleat holder to the back of the 2x4, that seems easier than cutting a 45 degree notch into the back of the 2x4 (and possibly stronger?).

      I am used the same technique for all my hangers. Just attached cleat holders to the back of the hangers with glue and couple of nails. Never have issues. I you will do notch is high risk of splitting especially for narrow hangers.
