Thank you for your content. I'm very energised as I want to start building next yr. I live in the UK and still not sure how to go about construction while I am far
But I literally like the use of "literally" in your narration because you literally😂 know how to use literally 😂. However I literally 😂 appreciate your work, and will literally 😂get in touch with you for help. Blessings
@@mukizadarwinhi Darwin does this labour price include also the water well or minus the water well? Reason am asking is because i already have a water well and only want construction.
I like your work but this is a very expensive way of building such a house. It looks like a bunker. The material used one might think it’s a 5 storey building or maybe there’s a car park on the next level. The concrete stair case is so old fashioned which is so expensive. Have u ever thought of a wooden stair case? Very cost effective and the beauty is next to non. Good work though
I think the house would have been cheaper if the client used steel/metal frames but i guess he or she wanted the old fashioned style of building, anyway it's a great job from Mr Darwin.
Thank you, Darwin for these educative series of videos.
Anytime

Bro i want to build a simple loft house with two bedrooms One down and one upstairs how much can it cost me
Hey Darwin, Is it a must to have a plinth beam even when the ground is believed to be firm?
Plinth beam is necessary when the Plinth wall is high I.e over 1.6mtrs clear distance
Very good and educative piece.
Those max pans look different where did you source them...kajansi or Masaka road....
Busiika
Oh thank you for the feedback. How do you compare them with the kajansi, or nkozi clays, they actually look well burnt in a layman's eyes
I need the same for my home this year.forward me the video to my inbox for review and preparations
U mean y 12 is okay in coloms and beam on a one floor up ? No need of y16?
Yes, but this all depends on the structural Design

How much was the cost of construction labor to this stage?
About 16.5M
