    I like your work but this is a very expensive way of building such a house. It looks like a bunker. The material used one might think it’s a 5 storey building or maybe there’s a car park on the next level. The concrete stair case is so old fashioned which is so expensive. Have u ever thought of a wooden stair case? Very cost effective and the beauty is next to non. Good work though

      I think the house would have been cheaper if the client used steel/metal frames but i guess he or she wanted the old fashioned style of building, anyway it's a great job from Mr Darwin.

      Plinth beam is necessary when the Plinth wall is high I.e over 1.6mtrs clear distance
